My apartment complex is now being managed by Orange County Property Management. From the beginning Veronica personally gave me a call to inform me of the changes. She has been very helpful and the transition was smooth. This is our 5th month with them and everything has been working great, my Maintenace needs have been taken care of, paying my rent on line has been such a great convenience and the communication with everyone has been on point. Anna helped me with my lease contract and I appreciate she helped me get the apartment I wanted. Everyone is friendly and their customer service is always on 100%. The times I called to check on my application the ladies did an amazing job of answering the phone and giving me an update. If you’re looking to rent a house or an apartment I definitely recommend you to go through Orange County properties. They sure know how to help you with out any attitude or poor service.

I chose Orange County Property to manage my rental property and they have been everything that I hoped for. Lance was able to estimate the rent on various properties I looked at which helped me choose one which made financial sense for me. His estimate rent turned out to be spot-on, and they found tenants in less than a month, and after almost a year those tenants also seem to be happy with the service and have renew their lease.
