Julia H Tabor, LCMHC and Ashley T Trotter, LCMHC are a dynamic mother-daughter team that has a passion for helping others. We chose the name Reclaim Counseling and Wellness because we have a core belief that we were all created to do amazing things.

Since starting our practice, we have grown and added therapists to our team. Our team of clinicians has specialized training to treat a wide range of mental health disorders for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Services
Do you feel worried or concerned about your child's behavior? Does your child show signs of deviance, anger or have problems getting along with peers. Are they showing signs of anxiety, depression, self-esteem or other behavior concerns? We provide comprehensive assessment s for children and work closely with parents, schools and other providers to ensure your child is successful in reaching their full potential.
All other plans are considered out of network. We will be happy to provide a receipt after each session, which you may send to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Before arriving at your first appointment, please contact your insurance carrier directly to determine if they will cover a portion of counseling costs as an out-of-network provider.

Julia is the BEST!!!!! She is helpful and so kind—by far the best therapist I've ever been to. She really makes you feel like you're not only being listened to, but truly heard. If you're looking for the queen of all therapist's with an attitude that helps you get through the hard times, Julia is seriously your girl. Love her!
