Professional Wellness Counseling
You're a guy and you're getting things done, but life isn't what you want to be. Your relationship isn't what it used to be. You're taking care of everyone else but don't have time to take care of you. You want to be a great husband, and father or son but you don't feel it. Life is a roller coaster of ups and downs and you want some balance.

Your worries are overwhelming you, You don't need another weekly obligation but you want more out of life. First, looking for a counselor sucks. It's so hard finding someone who you want to work with. There a million therapist profiles and websites, many of which stink and all seem to say the same things.
Services
So, three things about me. First, ultimately, your therapy is about you. Second, the people who do well in therapy with me are the ones who come to work. Finally, the people who work find that I am a partner in therapy. I am dedicated to assisting them to find solutions, set goals, and develop strategies for success in therapy.
Do you worry about work constantly when you're at home, or feel anxious and tense even about small events? Is your mind riddled with a powerless sense of imminent danger, a place where rising panic can be difficult to quell? These signs and symptoms are common in those suffering from a medical condition called anxiety disorder.
Are there significant underlying issues between your family members that need to be addressed? Even if you all grew up in the same household, you and your family members can be very different people. Large age gaps, natural differences in personalities, contrasting values or beliefs, and much more can lead to conflicts at home between loved ones.
Do you feel heavy with despair, struggling each day to keep your head just above the darkness and dread? While it may seem difficult to find your way back to hope and happiness, I've been helping clients to personally do just that for years. To experience the joy of warm sunshine on their face, to reconnect with estranged loved ones, and to re-engage with a meaningful life.
According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, at least 1 in 5 adult Americans experience a mental illness, with nearly 10 million living with a severe mental illness. Approximately 21.5 million Americans face a substance use disorder every year. Millions more report suffering from low self-esteem.
