Very clean place and great location but my bed made a squeaky noise all day and night every time I moved all I heard was squeaking and that made me unhappy. The shower is very small you can hardly turn in there. $300 per night I paid and there was no breakfast or beach pass. We were offered coffee and tea. We won’t be staying there again there are much better places but they were booked up.

My wife and I checked in for a much needed September break from work and our long 6-month COVID-19 hibernation. Great location only 2 blocks from the beach and 4 blocks from shopping/restaurants. We were greeted warmly by the lady managing the inn and shown to our second floor bedroom with a roomy bathroom. This was obviously a B&B pre-COVID now just a B since no one feels comfortable with a buffet. The beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping were exactly what we needed: safe, laid back, great food, nice people. We only had a couple of issues with the inn.

I have to say, I was disappointed. After reading reviews and talking to the innkeeper prior, I picked this place with high expectations. Granted, it was after Labor Day...travel weary, having flown in couple days earlier, I hoped for a relaxing place near the beach. Location is great. Here is where things did not go great- You have to park where the innkeeper tells you, even if on the street, even though we arrived and there was NOone in the inn lot. there was NO breakfast. You are not even allowed in the kitchen or to use the kitchen which is bizarre. I could not even get fresh ice on my

This was my first time coming to Belmar . I came to this area because of a friends wedding I attended, they suggested we stay here. I have to say this inn is absolutely wonderful. My boyfriend and I stayed here and we had the most relaxing stay. The area is just blocks away from the beach. Its pricey but it's worth it.The rooms have a sea theme which is really cute. The owner is super nice as well.

Best location, and great hosts! We stayed here for 4th of July week. It was beachy cozy and conveniently in the best location. Only two blocks from the beach, and just 3-5 from Main Street restaurant and bars, an easy stumble home. Marty was lovely and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. Perfect week, we will defiantly book this gem again.

A friend of mine stayed at the Salt Water Inn. She raved about the room, the service, and the special secret breakfasts that they make each morning. I can vouch for the cleanings of the place. The owners have a nice sense of style and clearly care a great deal about the little things. If you are in the Belmar area, this is the place to stay.

Absolutely a fabulous place. Immaculate, comfortable,quiet, walking distance to beach and restaurants. The owners Marty and Joyce couldn't be nicer. They see to your every need and make you feel like family. The breakfast is soooo delicious and the presentation is beautiful!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

The room was small, bedding was dirty and had hair on pillows and comforter. I opened a towel and there was what looked like dried blood on it. I asked for another towel when I went downstairs and Marty said he would bring one up. He never did. I opened the closet to hang my clothes and they had all their Chrismas stuff stored inside. There was also a big water stain on the wall. Marty the owner was very unfriendly but his wife was pleasant. My husband and I couldn't wait to leave. I would never recommend this place.

We visit the area for Bamboozle. This is much better than I expected: good bed, good shower, good breakfast, walking distance to the shore and train station, and the most important part is the owners are awesome, kind, and friendly. Love this place.
For ppl who go to Bamboozle, this place is close enough but quiet and peaceful so it's easy to get good rests and be prepare for party.
