We absolutely love the Boxer Apartments and their staff! We have lived there for going on three years and never have had a bad experience. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. We never had to worry about our belongings when away. If we have a problem that needs fixing they dive in without hesitation to try and fix the problem. Can’t recommend them enough!

I had a wonderful experience getting an apartment here. Tristan was so responsive and helpful the whole way from the application to the move in. Finding an apartment was difficult but Tristan was one of the very few managers I spoke to that were pleasant and understanding.
He even helped get us moved into the place which we were very grateful for. He is hands down the best property manager I’ve ever heard of or seen, definitely one of the best in Forest Grove from what I’ve gathered.
The apartment itself is clean, has beautiful appliances, well maintained, and meets all the expectations.

Would not recommend these apartments. The management is horrible. My roommates and I were charged for additional services that we were not aware and felt like we were totally taken advantage since we were really good at communicating with the property manager. MUCH better apartments/house in Forest Grove.

The Boxer was a pleasure to live at. The apartment was clean and in good condition when we moved in, and all my requests for little repairs that came up over the course of our stay were taken care of quickly. Tristan, the property manager, was always easy to get ahold of & very friendly. Definitely a good place to live!

We're an older couple and have lived in apartments, condominiums and have been single family home owners, and we agree Tristan is the best of the best! He is warm, friendly, solves problems and even pitched in to help us move heavy items. If you want to learn how to be a housing manager, take a workshop from Tristan. We can't say enough how wonderful he makes living in these apartments.

I lived in Boxer Apartments for a year and a half while finishing up at Pacific. Boxer Apartments is a fantastic alternative to on campus housing. My roommate and I had issues regarding our downstairs neighbors, but the manager, Tristan, went above and beyond to resolve the issue, while making sure we felt safe and comfortable in our home. Tristan has done a fantastic job taking over for the previous manager, and he and the rest of his team have done amazing work transforming Boxer Apartments.

Moving into the Boxer Apartments has been a wonderful experience! We had to rent our apartment site unseen which, as one can imagine, can certainly be risky. Fortunately, Tristan, the apartment manager, is amazing to work with! He was super responsive to all of my questions and made us feel very comfortable about the move. Once we got here, we were happily surprised with a clean and renovated apartment! Tristan and the rest of the apartment team even helped us move some items into our apartment!
