Where to start. I moved in with my boyfriend last summer. Filled out and turned in the application with a check for the $45 app fee. Fast forward six months later, had a background check come back bad/negative because they couldn't find a current residence for me. Maple terrace NEVER ADDED ME TO THE LEASE! so where did my check go?
Theres never anyone in the office. No one ever shows up for "inspections" oh and be prepared to have packages stolen from your doorstep. You'll need to sleep with earplugs or take some heavy sleeping pills because everyone blasts their music late at night and into the
