I've been living here for about 3 years. Has gone downhill considerably in the last couple of years since Angie the manager left. It's a shame since it was a really nice place when I first moved in. Currently there is no one at the office to cover any urgent walk-in type issues. They are answering phones out of another property down the street and even then it's hard to get ahold of anyone. Maintenance requests are very slow to get answered, if at all - although maintenance is really nice - just overworked. Have seen rats; also multiple homeless/scavengers daily digging in the

I have been super happy with my experience here so far. Applying went smooth, and the property manager, Joey, was 100% on top of communicating with me. Wasn't sure what to expect while planning a move during the pandemic but I have no complaints, and the place already feels more like home than the last place I lived at!!!

The staff, Michael and Joey, are great to work with. The apartments are fairly nice and the grounds are taken care of. The only issues I have are that the apartments are the loudest I have ever lived in, sound travels really easily between apartments, and the fact that the tenants don't always throw their trash away in appropriate places. I live near a garbage site so the view is terrible when people just throw stuff in by the bins instead of in the bins.

The apartment complex is clean and safe. For the most part it's pretty quiet. For the price, there is a significant lack of amenities present. Other nearby apartments are actually cheaper and have multiple amenities, such as a pool or workout facility. Hidden Creek has a small basketball court and a small AstroTurf area that has no discernible purpose. The reason the complex is so spendy likely comes from the proximity to the park next door. The park is nice enough if you have small kids but there is no tree cover for shade and gets extremely busy during the summer.
