This is definitely the best place I could ever chose to live for three years in Hillsboro. Unfortunately, I had to move out due to job relocation. The apartments have great amenities, the common areas are awesome. Maintain staff do a great job. Kudos to Jeffrey for always solved efficiently my requests. Just an advice for the management office, same observation of the garbage dumpster area. I notice in the last months of my lease that was not clean enough. Not received full refund of my original deposit but I have no complains about it. Thanks for everything.

Never get into this community. It's worse, you don't find free parking space, I think management has converted all the parking spots to covered ports deliberately, no proper management and trash cleaning.
When we left the unit we cleaned everything perfectly, still they charged us $500 for cleaning fee, they squeeze your money.
Look for better community instead. Don't go for this.

I’ve lived at these apartments for several years under different management companies. I’ve generally been pleased living here until Bridge Property Management took over. Their policies have become increasingly restrictive to tenants. First they stopped allowing grills. Then they forbid window unit air conditioners. Now they posted a warning letter on my door saying I’m in violation of the lease for having a single wind chime and a single hummingbird feeder hanging from my patio. When I called the office I was told they are “trying to reduce clutter on the patios/balconies.” In what universe

The staff is very helpful and conscientious. Whenever I need something fixed, maintenance is sent swiftly, often the day of. Jeffery Dawson always goes above and beyond to make sure that the issue is fixed and takes time to explain what the problem was and potentially how to avoid it. Couldn't ask for better service.

The staff at The Club are very polite and Friendly, from the people working in the office to maintenance. They all seem very happy and are always willing to help out however they can. The buildings are somewhat old, but they have been well taken care of and it is a nice place to live. I had my dog with me, and the amount of grass and open areas throughout the club was fantastic, it made pet life in an apartment so easy! The year that I lived at The Club was a great experience all around and if I didn't have to move away for work I definitely would have stayed much longer.
