This apartment complex is the worst one i have ever been to. the overall construction is terrible, everything is terribly made and breaks all the time, as soon as i moved in there were already multiple lightbulbs out, the dishwasher barely works, the fans in the bathrooms are going out, there is something wrong with the kitchen sink so it sprays all over you when you turn it on, the closet doors constantly break off the hinges, the fridge and freezer are never the correct temperature, everything in the fridge is frozen and everything in the freezer melts, the toilets are constantly getting clogged

Not much handicapped parking. I had to park furthest from my sister's apt. I suffer from dyslepsia shortness of breath. I can't walk 3 feet without gasping & use a cane for knee & spine issues. No sidewalk for me to use. Had to use parking lot until I got to one that went down to her apt. Alot of people out in the pouring down rain flooding. Looks like alot of people and active place.

We are so happy to live at Jackson School Apartments. Its peaceful and very clean. Theres always a fast response if theres something we need repaired. Gabby made us feel so welcome. Its a great community here 👍. Compared to other places around town, its spacious here. Feels safe enough for my kods to enjoy.

So the overall experience was nice and peaceful, I honestly didn't have any problems with management, or have any complaints about noise, and my neighbors didn't bother me, besides the smoke I can sometimes smell from downstairs getting into my apartment. I will say I didn't have a security deposit down when I got the apartment so it was only "$95" but when I moved out they sent me an invoice and I will attach it below for residents to get a good Idea of what they should expect. If you are getting a place at this location make sure you say:
- Carpets have wear

My family moved in the end of June 2019. I was very impressed by Vanessa's customer service skills. She is very personable. She went above and beyond to make sure our apartment was ready, and up to her standards, and my apartment was spotless and perfectly move in ready. As a long time renter, I appreciate management that feels pride in their property. Gabbi, the assistant manager, is great with communication, I always feel informed. She is helpful and kind. I moved in in Nov 2019 and I am super impressed with the management and community. Both Gabby and Vanessa are very kind and caring and professional. The community is taken care of as well, its clean and they keep you up to date on any cleaning or maintenance work being done. They also posted a Pop and Paint event this past Saturday and it was so nice to gather with other residents and get to know eachother while painting with the instructor. I hope to see more events like this and cant wait to see what else is in store. This place feels like home and not just some apartment complex.
