I lived there for about a year on York if it weren’t for a family emergency I would’ve never moved out. I had to go to Pennsylvania and take care of a loved one and during that time my credit took a hit for the bills I had to take care of. As soon as I get that fixed back up I will be applying again. I loved my neighbors and neighborhood. My pups loved the kids that knocked on the door just to see if they could come out to play. It was wholesome and quite for the most part. I’d recommend Living here.

Maintenance issues are not done in timely fashion. You’re renting without the peace of mind of renting. Allowed residents to live in mold after being ask about it multiple times. Pest control issues aren’t being taking care of. Will be report this establishment to navy house authority military personnel or anyone should be subjected to this neglect and poor living standards.

It has been almost 3 months, and maintenance still has not fixed this leak in the ceiling. I have called several times even went up to the office in person and to this day nothing has been done. I was told 2 weeks ago someone was coming that week to fix the problem, still nothing. They were also suppose to inspect the apartment for leaks and change the air filter, I have a camera at my front door and all they did was walk in and walk right back out. I am constantly inhaling this mold everyday and they don’t care. Do not move here, I will not be renewing my lease.

USE PLENTY OF RAID. THESE APARTMENTS ARE THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE. THEY HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 1940 with no renovations. the refrigerator makes a loud noise sounds like a motorcycle in your home. the roaches are everywhere!!!!! the pool is closed. the management is rude. the community is dirty and there’s faulty flooring and dangerous staircases. I have been a tenant for a year and a half. I only stayed so long due to covid and being unemployed. i received rent relief and was asked to vacate just because. I think they are poorly managed.They have a smell and the roaches are sleeping with you and
