My experience with hidden Lakes started off well but I didn’t end well. I was there for 10 months and in my 8 month I started to complain about and broken freezer that took them over a week or so to come fix causing a lot of food to go bad that they wasn’t willing to replace. Then after that I started noticing roaches in my apartment. I quickly called the office and let them know that I was seeing roaches throughout the apartment and their response was that they will look into it. 2 to 3 days later I haven’t heard from them so I gave them a call again and they said they’re looking into

I've lived at Hidden Lakes for the past three years, and am getting ready to move out this week. I've had an overall positive experience - the location is perfect, the grounds are well-kept, and my daughter and I enjoyed the pool area during the summer which is beautiful! However, we did have some issues related to bugs which is why I'm not giving a five star review. Mary, the Property Manager, professionally handled my complaints and the office staff, Ty and Daysi, were always helpful and provided exceptional customer service with email correspondence as well as in person interactions which made

Our experience with Hidden Lakes Apartments.
The people in the office were very nice at first, or at least until we signed the lease and after that they immediately seemed to stop caring.
After 1 month of living here, we noticed the office staff doesn't take responsibility for anything. 1 example was they didn't add our pet to the lease, then tried to charge us more after the fact and as you can imagine, we had to fight them on this until they resolved it.
Also the office told us if we ordered anything online & have it delivered, that they would hold onto it for us, until we came to pick it

My family and I moved in a few months back and have been nothing but happy with our experience. After months of searching for a place to live after our move across the country we finally found Hidden Lakes and they accepted us like family. Update: It won't let me respond to the owners reply so I will do it on here. I have asked to be put on the wait list, but I also do not want to sign anything without being able to guarantee that the unit I end up in meets my needs.
Seems like a wonderful complex that has everything, but it can be tricky to get the perfect apartment to line up. Not loving that when I specify I want a ground floor apartment because I don't want to figure out moving furniture for higher levels I keep getting recommended a third floor. I have been extremely happy with my year at Hidden Lakes. I love that the pool is always clean, the grounds are always kept, the maintenance requests are always handled. I have really enjoyed my time here getting to know other residents and the staff that keeps this place running smoothly. I am planning to stay another year because the staff and complex really make you feel like you're at home. I am also thankful that noise is never an issue since I wake up early for work, and that when I am leaving for work or coming home in the dark, that I feel safe in a well lit walk from my car to my home

Just want to give my praise to the Hidden Lakes Staff for an outstanding 8 months so far at my new apartment. They are very kind and humble which will help make moving here an easy choice. The leasing office overall is very welcoming. Whoever is there will take the time to hear any questions or requests you have.
The area around the apartment complex is very promising, and brings a different outlook to the future of Kentwood. You'll be surrounded by beautiful parks, and in close proximity to not just the mall, but many other stores and restaurants. Two thumbs way up for Hidden Lakes!

I have lived at Hidden Lakes for a few years now and have enjoyed it greatly. I recently moved to a larger unit and it has been pretty nice. My family and I greatly enjoy the pool area and the children love the new club house. One of the biggest issues I have had was over this summer was it took over two months and multiple attempts for my air conditioning to get fixed and my apartment was at a consistent 85F during June and July. I mainly dealt with Melisa and after having to consistently contact about her about the issue not being fixed I received nothing but rudeness and attitude back. I am
