Tanya was very accommodating for our move in. She was very responsive and always helpful. Our new place was very clean on move in day. We will only be here for a short time while we wait for our new home fo be built but would definitely recommend Sterling Apartments for anyone looking for a new place.

I have been living at Sterling Place for almost 1 1/2 years. Honestly i can say that it has been a good experience especially going from a home to apartment living.If I have needed repairs they are done in a pretty timely manner. Tanya has been great to work addressing questions or concerns that I have had along the way.

This place is GREAT!! We needed to rent an apartment short term with a dog and this was the only place out of 20 apartments that actually answered the phone when I called. Their customer service is excellent as well as the facility. Everything is very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for short or long term rental.

I've been here about 8 months now and Sterling Place is a really nice place to live and I love my unit. I have 2 dogs and the unit has plenty of space to accommodate all our needs. With the team in place, Tanya and the maintenance staff are very nice and responsive, and has been quick to respond to any work orders. Location is great, right by the commuter rail, which I take all the time to Boston, it is literally a 5 minute walk. And no there is no loud train noise when it pulls in. (That was one of my questions). If I had to think of a con it would be that parking is a little bit crazy. It is

Do you want to schedule an appointment to view an apartment? Do you want a copy of your lease agreement? Do you want management to stay out of your business? Do you want your security deposit back when you have no issues with your inspection? Do you ever want to talk to an actual person? Do you want predictable hours for the office to be open?
If the answer to any of those questions is yes, avoid any Peabody Properties location at all costs.

Originally when I moved in the management was wonderful and helpful. After Carmen Vazquez took over the apartment complex went from relaxing to strict and stressful. She is very unprofessional, frequently late for work, taking lunch breaks that were a couple hours long, not returning/answering phone calls (even after multiple attempts). The worst thing I personally saw her do was take down a missing cat sign that our elderly neighbor posted!! How sad, and after speaking with the women she didn't even get notified by Carmen that the sign was removed. She is the reason we did not renew our lease
