Services
If you have low back pain or sciatica, our skilled physical therapists can help you manage your pain and improve your overall mobility. Your Lake Forest Physical Therapists will likely prescribe postural correction and exercises to do as part of a home exercise program. One such exercise program that has proven to be very beneficial is called the McKenzie Method, or McKenzie exercises.
A bump to the head, a mild hit, even the slightest of injuries can be serious. The symptoms of a mild traumatic brain injury, commonly called a concussion may appear immediately or not until days or weeks later. Knowing the signs and symptoms, what to do, and where to go for help are critical when it comes to an individual's recovery.
Percussion therapy accelerates and enhances the repair of the muscle fiber by providing rapid bursts of pressure in concentrated, short-duration pulses deep into the tissues of the body. This enhances the flow of blood to different critical areas, allowing for pain relief and subsequently improving function and range of motion.
Work injuries can be devastating and recovery can be challenging. But with the right physical therapy team, getting back to work safely and effectively is possible. Our Lake Forest injury rehabilitation services are designed to help injured workers eliminate pain and maximize function, so they can safely transition back to work.
If you have pain in your jaw on one or both sides, you may have a condition called temporomandibular joint disorder, or TMD. There are many different treatments for TMD. You may benefit from medicine or massage, and some people even have surgery to correct the problem. Physical therapy for TMD is another option to help you relieve jaw pain.

I loved CARE Physical Therapy! I went in for bursitis in my hips but also because I was getting debilitating fatigue, weakness, and pain in my thighs. Dr. Hui was able to identify that I had some bulging discs causing the leg problems. 6 weeks of seeing her once a week and doing my assigned stretches at home between visits, and not only are my hips better but I haven't had any recent "episodes" or "flare ups" in my legs!!! Dr. Hui is the best! The facility is clean and tidy and I felt safe to be there despite Covid-19. Very grateful and will refer anyone to CARE Physical Therapy.
