Sadhana means "daily spiritual practice." In the Kundalini Yoga tradition, it is suggested that a personal practice be done early in the morning, ideally before sunrise! This is the optimal time for spiritual practice and it prepares you for the day ahead. However, a sadhana practice can be done at any time.

The energy at this haven is flowing with PURE WHITE LIGHT. We came from Atlanta for a visit and stopped in for an evening session that was very thorough. The brother and sister who operate the space are absolutely beautiful people who took the time to explain the practice of yoga, talk about the community and even provide us with historical references. Very appreciative for the connection. Should we return to phoenix again soon, we will return.
