Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
I just love that Zuzana and all the other teachers give the reason why the poses are done a certain way, in a particular order, and their benefits. I learn something every time I practice. They make yoga non-intimidating, offer lots of options, and are such a positive moment in my day.

I took a virtual class and it was a great experience for me - I’ve never been so present during a yoga class and it was followed by a mediation. I’m having a mental block on my instructor since this was a few weeks ago but she was fabulous and taught me new poses so I’ll forever appreciate that. I highly recommend, especially in person. If I find myself in Arizona again, I’m definitely going back.
Thanks for the experience Metta!

I just took an aerial yoga class for the first time with Shawna…I’m hooked! It was such an awesome experience, and it was so much fun! Shawna is a phenomenal teacher and brought such a positive energy to the class. I will absolutely be making this a regular part of my health & fitness routine, and I’ve already started looking into getting my own silk! Thanks for providing such a wonderful experience for a first timer! The studio is really awesome too!

I did the 1 month of unlimited yoga for $40 and was not disappointed.
This is a truly calm and relaxing studio that has their ambiance on point.
My personal favorites were the restorative yoga and the restorative aerial yoga.
They have literally everything you could need on site and included with the class. I.e. no rental charges for bolsters, blocks, mats, blankets or towels.
I will definitely be returning from some restorative self-love.

Memories from my Metta Yoga Italian Art and Yoga Retreat will be treasured always! Villa San Rocco is full of history, with beautiful vistas all around. Charming historical suites welcomed us. Meals were expertly prepared by chef ‘Mama P’ and James (Alchemy Studio) using fresh produce and ingredients from local gardens and farmers markets. James’ homemade warm sourdough bread arrived each morning in the villa kitchen! Yoga classes morning and afternoon offered time to relax and reflect. My favorite ‘playground’ was diving into a new creative art experience in the 14th century monastic

This is such a supportive, positive, inclusive yoga community.
I found them several years ago when I was in need of healing and their Exhale classes were the perfect remedy; part Restoratve Yoga, part Yin Yoga and some Yoga Nidra. These are the classes I attend, and they have them most every day.
They also have flow and the 'flying yoga ' with the silks hung from the ceiling...really a trip!! So something for everyone.
Teachers are knowledgeable, cheerful and generous.
Addition of Hybrid classes ( students at the studio properly social distanced and zoom participants) is a great option

Love Metta! I've moved around the last several years and the first thing I do to get grounded once we settle into a new city is find a good yoga studio. My first visit to Metta for what I believe was a slow flow class told me instantly, I found my place. The instructors at Metta are top notch, the classes are perfectly balanced and there is something for everyone from beginner to advanced.
Zuzanna the owner of Metta teaches a lot of the classes and if she can't get your Zen on...no one can! There is a sense of community at Metta that is hard to explain and harder to duplicate.

I love this studio! I ended up here on my first night in Scottsdale and haven't wanted to go anywhere else. It's a beautiful studio with two rooms, a nice boutique area and quality props. I enjoy the friendly, welcoming staff and variety of classes. I feel grateful to have found this studio on classpass and be able to continue practicing here!

I love this place for yoga. Originally came on special which was Beyond reasonable something like $39 for unlimited month. Classes are large and booking the ones at Phoenician are extra special, but only 2 openings for Metta Yogis the rest are for hotel guests. Great teachers that inspired the yogi inside of me to come out! They offer classes for ever level and many types: Kundalini, Aerial, Nidra ect. Classes are pricey after specials but worth the cost.

Can't say enough about the atmosphere and feeling of community at this studio.
Zuzana and her entire staff provide a high level of instruction and professionalism, while at the same time maintaining a very warm and welcoming environment--regardless of your experience or level of practice.
Having practiced at this studio for many years, I highly recommend Metta.
Be open, have a big heart, share what you have and ask for what you need!

I Came to Metta yoga w one of my friends because she kept raving about how amazing this place was. And you know what? It really is!! Even though this place is about 30 mins away from me I don't mind coming here. The instructors are so nice and very welcoming. I enjoy going to yoga nidra classes with Jennifer and always look forward to seeing her. The atmosphere and rooms are very relaxing and comfortable and I love that they provide all of the equipment for you. (towels, mats, bolsters, etc) it makes my life a little easier knowing I can just grab my clothes and change in their Very clean

I've been coming to Metta for the last three years and I must say this is what a yoga studio should be. I do Yin and Yang and silk aerial restorative classes and they are so well done.
I've learned in yoga it's all about the energy and the space. The studio is warm and inviting and the teacher energy serene, inclusive and competent.
Metta teachers are so well versed and fun! Sometimes a guitar gets played or there might be silent yoga disco, or a Friday night event to raise awareness of a community charity in need.
Metta is all about community and inclusiveness and so

This place is just the best!
I started off with their new client special, 30 days for $30. I took full advantage of this great deal by going as many times I could every week. I'm actually glad I did because I definitely see the benefits in doing yoga. I have a lot of shoulder and upper back pain so doing both restorative yoga and ariel yoga + nidra has helped a lot with releasing tension in the body, take deeper breaths, stretch, tone muscles and improve on flexibility.
The instructors here are also really great, especially Jennifer, Brittany, and Rhonda!
