The Meadows Apartments

Absolutely the worst place to live. Takes weeks if not months to fix anything even if it's as bad as "My ceiling is caving in because the upstairs has a leak". Constantly have issues with them not taking my payments due to there system issues. Then charge 100$ late fee. So it's it's great place to live as long as you like not getting stuff fixed in a reasonable time frame and randomly getting charged $100 for issues on there end.

Please tell me why people can't have water for 40hr on end once a month
It wound be nice if they helped out on a price with it but nah. So if you are asking and deciding, nah you def don't wanna live here. 100

I have lived here 5 years and there have been several staff changes, some good and some bad. I will say that the apartments do need some updating and where my particular building is, the parking lot floods really bad when it rains. The only other complaint I have is the "community" water bill. Melvin has responded to my needs in a timely manner and I appreciate that. I have great neighbors. Overall, I enjoy living at the Meadows.

I sincerely like living at The Meadows. I love the clean and quiet atmosphere. I also enjoy being in close proximity to all of my shopping needs as well as the convenience of banking, great schools, and restaurants just around the corner.
Last, but certainly not least, everyone one of the staff members here has been nothing but kind to me. They truly treat people the way they wish to be treated.
It is a pleasure to experience professional and courteous management as well as the entire staff.

The community is great to live on but it's very old. They charge $900 for apartment flat but you can tell they just doing what they need to do to get by. The bathrooms need new toilets and a whole new shower insert. The molding is coming up and it looks poorly constructed. They hit the whole bathroom out and remodel instead of using things to cover up. The kitchen cabinets are old like 1970 old and the foundation is coming apart. Where the dishwasher sits it leaks water and causes water damage to the wall. Other than that the apartment has so much potential. It's like a little house

Would rate NO stars if possible! When we first moved in we had an amazing lady in the office, then another company bought the apartments out and we now answer to the office workers for Lake Side apartments down the street. The office ladies are RUDE. They act as if they are better than you, and will talk down to you. When you pay your rent on time through their website, they wait days upon days to take it out. If you are like me, you have other bills to pay, if you wait days to take out my rent money i paid you on the 1st, you might hit my account in the middle of transferring funds or right as

When I came here I was impressed with Becca, she was very nice and friendly. It was a time that I got 1st month free which was fab. When I moved in the 4th of July there were many problems that I was not aware of. A.C. ran 24/7 and not cooling called maint. they came and replaced a part. since then , the A.C. has been out 5x's, so finally, Chris said it needs to be replaced. Two wks later, still waiting, now its turning cool and I am not going to turn on the heater because the filter hasn't been changed. This is just one thing. there are several more things that's not right. Would take too much

Terrible maintenance, rude staff, we broke lease to move because of how bad, gun shots in the neighborhood, dirty pools, over priced apartments, they use a water company called apex which is over priced 70-100 dollar waterbills, do not live here,

We love these apartments they are nice and affordable! Kara is the property manager, she is super nice and helpful. Chris is the maintance man. He is always curtious and quick to solve a problem. There has yet to be a situation in the neighborhood but there is a 24 hour security officer just in case you have an issue. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Ive lived in Columbus for 3 years and this is by far the best all around place. They have a new pool area and gym, along with a nice grill and seating area outside with a huge television and fireplace. Kara and Chris with their teamwork
