Worst property manangement. Trasie is quite possibly the rudest condescending manager I've ever met. I called to complain about a leaky situation that was not being handled in a professional manner-- ie repair man not showing up TWICE, and then being told that "they are independent contractors who we have no control over" (excuse me what does that even mean, aren't they being paid to work???) being told by jezebel on two separate occasions they were going to do repairs on a specific day but no one contacting me to tell me that the repair man had cancelled so I waited all day

Trasie, the regional property manager, managed an apartment building that I owned (along with other family members) from mid-2014 until we sold it in early 2016. She was working for a different property management company at the time, but has since left and started this company.
Before Trasie took over management of our building, we had a string of so-so or flat-out-terrible managers. Our rents were way under market, and we were literally losing thousands of dollars per month. As soon as Trasie stepped in, things changed dramatically for the better.
