Services
We manage your property as if we own it ourselves. We provide excellent service in property management and maintenance throughout the Los Angeles County. Located in the heart of the South Bay, our office has over 30 years of property management and real estate experience. We offer you advice and expert knowledge to guide you through the process.
All rent payments should be sent to our Torrance office, or given to your building manager. All rents are due on the 1st of every month and are considered late on the 3rd. Rent received between the 4th and 5th day will incur a $35 late fee. Rent received on the 6th day or beyond will incur a 6% of rent late fee.
By selecting a property management company you are making a very important decision. The company you choose must be both knowledgeable in real estate and have dedication to see you through every step of the way. Managing property has become an increasingly complex and specialized field with constant law changes.
Our client may reach us after-hours through e-mail, personal cellular phones, owner's assigned portal or text. There is nothing too big or too small for Pinnacle to handle. We manage everything from a one unit condo, to a luxury single family residence, to a multi-unit residential building. Reports are provided monthly to property owners.
At Pinnacle Property Management, relationships are important to us. We understand the value of communication and protecting the friendships that you have created with your clients over the years. No care for the tenant during COVID!
a company that doesn’t show good customer service, care, or morale for their tenants is not a company that I can support.
We moved in to one of their apartments due to their “move in special” during COVID. We never had any problems & never missed a payment. we had a situation where our rent did not go thru due to lack of funds in the account that was attached to our rent payments. we were willing to fix the problem in order to make it right & pay the correct amount. Unfortunately, because the original payment did not go through they revoked our good

My family and I are so grateful to be renting from Pinnacle. Our property manager, Candice has been diligent from the start. Candice and the Pinnacle team are absolutely amazing. They know how to handle the toughest of tenants and go above and beyond to take care of the property we have. We cannot recommend them enough. The Pinnacle Management group has managed my property for almost a year. I have found them to be responsive to any request I make and always reply in a timely manner. They keep me updated on any required maintenance needed on my property. They efficiently collect and handle the receipt of the monthly rental fee and accounting of any the funds.
