I have been a resident for over a year. I live in the "older" north side apartments. When I moved in there were some issues, but that's to be expected with older units. Maintenance wasn't the best and they have since changed maintenance staff. Management is wonderful. Anytime I have a concern or need to update info they are always friendly and work with me. My only complaint would be I wish the north side apartments got the TLC that the south side gets. The community is pet friendly and very quiet. Overall I enjoy Anatole and decided to renew my lease because of this. I would definitely recommend

Emailed multiple time for interest and a tour request only to receive a generic response and duplicated emails from Rylee. I then scheduled a 1pm tour showed up 5 mins early and was told that regardless of my apt the walk-ins take priority and i would need to either wait or come back an hr later. Incredibly disappointing that they're not considerate enough to call appointments and let them know theyare behind.

Management is terrible, be prepared to NEVER get a response nor a call back and when you finally get ahold of someone they cant seem do anything without the "manager" being there. Have a friend living here also who has been trying to resolve her renewal issue for MONTHS and all she gets is a "we'll call you back" but of course that never happens (aside from the gate never working also). For the amount of money they charge monthly here I would expect better.

The apartments are nice but the parking situation is THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING!! They say in the lease that if you don’t park in a normal spot or buy a covered spot to park outside the gate but when there is no spots to park you will see people park in the middle of the road overnight blocking people in or making it hard to get out of your spot. When you complain they tell you to call courtesy patrol but have no contact information for that
