Lovely atmosphere. We had apps, cocktails, entrees and desserts. Each one was delicious. I was over the moon about the steak tartare. It was absolutely delicious. Mud pie for dessert is enough to share and wonderful. Filets cooked the right way and served over potatoes with crspy onions on top. All so good. Brussel sprouts are also a great side to share for two. Service was kind and attentive. Properly spaced tables taking covid into consideration. Check them out, I don't think they get the hype they deserve.

We tried EB Strong's as it was highly recommended by our hotel and after looking at all the restaurants menus in town appeared to be the best restaurant in Burlington. Well - our meal was bland, bland, bland...... no flavor what so all!! The highlight of our time at this restaurant was the server - Sierra was absolutely amazing and deserves a very large raise! My husband is an amazing cook so when we dine out - we have high expectations. I would have gave this restaurant 1 star but Sierra made me give it a 2- but again she is the only part that deserves a 5!

If there is a place to get a steak in Burlington, this is it. Not to mention the Wine list is probably the best in town, too.
I have dined well in many cities and they do it right with everything from the drink menu, to the food pairings and how the tastes of the menu compliment each other, to the plate presentation, to the horseradish sauce to go with the prime rib.
My girlfriend may have also said "This is the best meal I have ever had."
10/10 would recommend.

Great appetizers (had tartare and calamari) and a fantastic steak! I left very impressed and was glad to get a table without a reservation on a Wednesday night...will return on next trip to Burlington!

Always an amazing and special dinner experience. The owner recommended a wonderful wine to pair with our meal. The staff was courteous and attentive. Completely worth the experience. We had the filet and the prime rib special which were cooked to perfection.

This was one of the best meals I've had in at least the last 10 years! I had the Surf and Turf - 6 oz filet and split lobster tail - with garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.
The filet was EXCELLENT - I asked for "medium" but it arrived closer to medium rare, but was perfect! Very tender with no gristle or fat.. The lobster tail was good too, but one side was kind of hard to get out of shell... The garlic mashed were creamy and perfectly seasoned. The spinach I didn't eat - just don't care for creamed spinach.
My husband had the scallops with crispy prosciutto and corn relish over risotto

I was in burlington VT for the night with my girlfriend and I always wanted to take her somewhere nice like a ruth chris and this place was my choice. Someone told me it’s expensive and for me that my target. I like expensive eats.
We ordered the muscles first as an appetizer and the sauce used and the way it was presented was very good. It reminded me of my grandmothers sauce she used to make with the breadcrumbs. I Ordered the 12 oz prime steak with Salted butter. The prime steak was delicious and cooked to the way i asked medium. My girlfriend got the steak tip salad.
I also ordered the

Nice ambiance and decor. Excellent service. Moderate food quality for the premium price. The lamb, and scallops were very good. The large seafood appetizer and the aged prime NY strip were underwhelming for the price points. They are not yet up to the standard of a popular steakhouse that you would find in a bigger city- but have potential.

Dined here with my husband and daughter on 7/16/21. Almost immediately, it seemed as if there were not enough staff to take care of the number of tables that were occupied. The bread and butter served was a minimal amount. The portions were not generous at all. I ordered a well done steak, and it arrived medium. My husband ordered a medium steak and his appeared to be medium well. The fingerling potatoes were not good at all. There really was no checking with us to see how things were going. I got the impression that no one was really trying hard to impress us and they succeeded in that

Phenomenal service with a smile, well prepared steaks and seafood with flavorful and well-paired sides, and decadent desserts. Our party never felt rushed or forgotten, staff refilled drinks regularly and gave informed answers to menu questions. Truly an eatery well worth the price tag, and worth considering during any celebration or trip through Vermont. Five stars.

My wife and I enjoyed a great dinner here. The calamari was delicious, lightly breaded which helped us finish our main course. My wife had the 12oz new York strip and I had the 18oz bone in ribeye. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, the strip had a wonderful crust and it may have been the better of the two but I would have no issue recommending either steak. For sides the Brussel sprouts are an excellent choice. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The only negative I have for this restaurant is the creamed spinach. We had to send it back, but the great response from

Stopped in for dinner last night with a party of four. We made a reservation in advance and were seated immediately, even after arriving a few minutes early. We got a table in a little nook where we were the only table which was nice and private. Initially, it took the server a little while to greet us.

We ordered two sodas, an amaretto sour and a beer for drinks. Our water glasses were kept full throughout the meal. Calamari was amazing. A little differently prepared than I am used to but it was excellent. I would totally get it again. I also had a wedge salad which was good but they are never

I travel all over the country and try to find the #1 restaurant wherever I stay. Criteria? Pleasant atmosphere, welcoming, friendly and attentive staff, an engaged proprietor and fantastic food. EB's checks all the boxes and more! Even during these difficult times Christina and her crew go above and beyond! Whether you live local or just passing thru check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Came for a business dinner. Margo was our waitress. See was excellent as was the other staff. Steaks were good, I had the bone in filet. I read a review about the lack of seasoning on the steaks. This was confirmed when one of the waiters brought out the food and asked if we wanted pepper added. This makes a huge difference in my opinion steaks are best when seasoned before cooking.

This is the only Prime steakhouse in Vermont! I have now been here three times, and it has been great every time! This visit I got the Mussels with watercress, white wine, corn, and cherry tomatoes. They were delicious, and the crostini for the broth was as well. For a soup, I had the lobster bisque, it was a lighter version of what I am used to, not loaded with cream, but still very flavorful. I got the prime rib, served with garlic mashed potatoes Au Jus, and horseradish cream sauce. Everything was amazing, including my server Storm. I will be back!

I am late with this review. We returned to Burlington in June 2018. We wanted to try a new restaurant and chose EB Strong's. We were not disappointed. It was a Monday evening during Jazz Festival but the restaurant, while busy, wasn't crazy. We were seated right away in a comfortable booth and the meal began. The husband and I split a house salad and we both had the filet mignonette with creamed spinach- classic! Dessert was crime brûlée's for me and house ice cream blueberry rhubarb for him. Split a bottle of wine with dinner. Good thing we walked there because we needed

We would go back again.
