Caution with online ordering and pick up to go. There is a high delay with ordering these ways. Like many places during the covid era, are being over run by to go and online ordering which is demanding too much too fast for a simple humble establishment as this one. Dont get me wrong at all, the food is delicious! However I recommend either dine in or go put in a to go order in person for better accuracy and service. Go here with patience since restaurant at this time like many others is understaffed.

Basically stole $60 from me... I placed an order online on their site on a Friday night. Cart said 1 hour, no problem. I click submit and the site says it will be ready THE NEXT DAY at 11am. So I call. No problem, they'll have ready tonight. Head over an hour later. What order? Oh we haven't started but we'll make it now. No thanks, I'd just like refund. Ok, we'll post one. Thx... The next morning, phone rings at 11AM... My order is ready. Asked again for a refund. No problem, we'll credit one. Nothing. Called back a few days later and they pretend they know nothing. A month later, still no refund

Made an order over the phone -- Went there to pick it up. They took my name down (over the phone and while I was in line). After waiting in line for an hour, they ask me when I made the order and asked if it was under a different name. Turns out they never even took the order. People sitting at tables were getting up to get their own menus and probably waited just as long for someone to take their order. Not sure who's running that joint. Went to Moe's instead.

4:45pm, Saturday night, My girlfriend and I waited outside for the lights to come back on. We half expected them to not reopen after a daily 3 to 5pm break. Gladly, at five of, they returned. This was my first Indian food experience and I was blown away! The staff was friendly, service could have been improved on but no major complaints. The food was delicious. What flavor! I ordered extra spicy cauliflower 65 and Veggie Biryani, and my girlfriend ordered Naan in three different styles and some kind of curry dish. Our friends who dined with us had a chicken curry and chicken Tikki Marsala. Everyone

Let me first say that the food is actually 4 stars. But the service is one star, at most. We ordered online at 4:20. The order read that our food would be ready at 6. Being unsure of the system, we called in at 5:15 and checked. They confirmed on the phone that we should come in at 6. We got our food at 6:47. I was told that, since our order was an online order, there was no way to tell when it would be ready. I also heard them tell everyone else that came in the same thing. While I was there, several people canceled their order, because of the same issue.
