I use the Ebensburgh animal hospital for all 4 of my dogs and I've never had a veterinary service that has the care and compassion and kind staff as they do. This past Saturday I had to make the hardest decision I had to say goodbye to my senior golden retriever and they were the most kind and compassionate staff. This is truly an amazing staff.

They have been good to me and my animals except for a few things. My one cat recently died and I was getting her cremated. I had gotten the call in the early morning saying she passed and asked what I wanted to do. I said private cremation with an urn of course. End of call. BUT I called back to specify exactly what I wanted and I stated that I wanted the collar of said cat placed in the bag with the urn. Welp. Got the ashes back and what do ya know, no collar with the ashes. Highly upset over this. I understand it's just a collar but I was going to put that collar on my backpack so I could have
