Apartment was falling apart from the moment we moved in, to to mention that we had to rent the place sight unseen because of covid. After staying there for awhile the apartment started to fall apart and maintenance team would never actually repair the problem only temporarily fix the problem. Moving out of these apartments is even worse, they try to get you on everything such as carpet repair and cleaning even after my wife and I spent hours cleaning the place. So far, living here for 8months, no complaints. They were on time in any maintenance issues I had, the team in general was professional, kind and got things done on time. The outside was kept clean, dog areas were stocked with dog bags to pick up after your dog. The rent was an easy pay option, the office team was very understanding and accomdidating if any issues arose, they assisted within their scope and gave advice if it was out of their scope. If you're looking for an apartment home with nearby stores like target, coffee shops for a cup of coffee or studying, or mins away from your commute

I lived here for over a year and it was a pleasant stay in general, I don't give it a 5 star since I never got an assigned parking space, I was on a waiting list the entire time, but other than that I had no problems, and I appreciate the fact that I got my deposit back, I did my best cleaning my apartment after my move and they recognize it, by the way I will miss the squirrels, they were fun to watch them around the property

We lived here for 8 years. The new management team and owner's have made significant improvements as opposed to the previous owner's and management team of the property. Rachel, the manager, is very professional, polite & friendly, and very attentive to issues, and the maintenance team is fast in responding to any issues, and fixing them. It is close to any kind of shopping and stores that you would want to go to. Gyms, grocery stores, Target and many more. They remodeled their gym, and community area recently, so that looks nice and has plenty of equipment to get your workout rolling.

Just don’t. There is always something. Squirrels live in our walls, see huge rats weekly, something is always broke, Maintenance staff has zero resources for repairs. Maintenance man honest to God asked me for "two 25 cents" because he needed washers to complete a repair in our unit. The last time he came he asked me for wooden match sticks (to fill a stripped screw hole) in order to complete a repair. 6 months in and we are beyond frustrated.

Bad refrigerator since move in November, put in numerous requests to be fixed after all our dairy products and freezer food constantly going bad (mushy or over freezer burned in 2 days of something put in there). We are now getting FOOD POSIONING and out from work because it's going up to 50+ degrees then drops to freezing the eggs etc... Maintenance comes in looks at a thermometer and says he did "all his tests it's a good fridge" and leaves. Very disappointing as we have loved living here till this matter!🙁

We have mold in our apartment constantly, our unit just flooded in the recent rains and when we called the office which was open at the time, they told us to call the after hours number! They could not even help us while we were bailing out 30+ gallons of water our of our apartment! They finally came to pump the water out of the planter outside that had 2 clogged drains that have not worked since we have lived here. Not well managed, but cheap!

There is a valid reason why their review rating is only 2.5! I found the manager Rachael to be less than honest and ethical. If you have a dog my advice for you is to get an independent carpet inspection at move out time, otherwise they’ll try to charge you for new carpet for the entire unit, like they did us, regardless if you dog ever goes pee in the apartment or not. Fortunately they didn’t get away with it as we had the actual carpet they pulled out. Tenant beware. 😳

Better Maintenance service, I know we all did not expect this much snow, I was born and raised in Montana, and yes I do know how to drive in this much snow, however I can not even get my car out it parking place. I walk with a cane so I can not safely walk any where in this area, for fear of falling. Also along with this I have been harassed by… neighbors who wanted to know if my husband was honest. They said he hit their, car I have been married to my husband for 41 year almost 42 and yes he is honest and has integrity. I have never in my life ever been treated like I am second rate but

Where do I start....The management company, Pinnacle Living, does not know how to take care of swimming pools. The pool had been closed on several occasions on the hottest days this summer. Instead of… monitoring the chemicals and cleaning the pool or better yet hiring a professional pool service they leave the pools dirty with green algae growing in it. (See Picture) I can't begin to tell you how disgusting it is! The Management/Leasing office people's answer to all of this, when you ask about the problem is, "You can use the other pool on the Landing side of the complex, it doesn't look

I can’t believe my other review is not on here, hmmm. I’m being evicted because of my negative comments. I’m not even sure why there is an office staff here. They do not help at all. Instead I get shrugged shoulders and “it’s not up to me” “no I have never heard of someone trying to appeal this decision”. I was already looking at other apartments but didn’t want to move right away. What a joke considering this was one of my favorite apartments. WOW!

I don't think it's that bad here. There are still some things that i think could be better, but my experience here hasn't been terrible. The parking is bad, if you get home after 3pm, in some spots, you're going to have a hard time finding a parking spot close to your apartment. The security is bad, I've had both my cars broken into twice, once it… was going to be stolen, but my battery was dead, that just broke the ignition lock... My friends car was stolen when he stayed the night. It's just bad. There are some issues with the quality of how they fixed up an apartment before new tenants

I highly suggest looking elsewhere for an apartment. I lived here from September 2015 - September 2016 with my boyfriend. We paid rent early or on time every month and we are very respectful residents. We took very good care of the apartment. They will show you a cute model apartment and claim that your unit will have newer carpets and flooring.… Our apartment was dirty upon moving in, and the carpets were old and covered in paint stains throughout the apartment. Old flooring with dents in them. Water damage behind the kitchen sink and in bathroom. But I cleaned everything up without a complaint
