Services
We are so happy that you have found ONE Yoga! We offer more than 50 classes each week, taught by Denver's most beloved teachers. Whether you are a brand new beginner or a very advanced yogi, ONE Yoga has the perfect classes for you! At ONE Yoga our classes can help you to become fit, strong, calm and more peaceful.
Help our students build strength, flexibility, self-acceptance and peace in their bodies, minds and hearts. Create an inclusive and welcoming community of students and teachers including BIPOC and LGBTQ+. ONE Yoga is an independent yoga studio owned by local Colorado yogis who have been practicing in the community for years.
What do I need to bring? We encourage you to bring a yoga mat, towel, and bottle of water. If you forget or need any of these items, they can be purchased or rented at the front desk. We suggest you wear clothes that allow you to move freely and sweat. You may want to bring a change of clothes for after class.
The teachers are the best at One Yoga - I have compared them to other studios and their knowledge and training far surpasses any other studio I have visited. Thanks you for such a beautiful place to practice. ONE Yoga is a wonderful community - the teachers are excellent, the fellow yogis are respectful and friendly.
Browse these photos and get a taste of our urban retreat studio! Unlike most yoga studios in Denver, we have a beautiful park view from all three yoga rooms which allows for natural light and a connection to nature at all times. Practice vrksasana (tree pose) while mimicking the ever-changing trees directly in front of your mat!

One of the best studios in the area. Incredibly clean and offers many workshops and a variety of classes. I've taken a few classes and every teacher has provided a phenomenal experience. Perfect for anyone new to yoga or someone who has been practicing for years. The teachers truly know how to teach and will help you deepen your practice. Proper form is important when practicing yoga and these teachers truly know how to provide the correct verbal cues and adjustments. Highly recommend giving this studio a try.

I travel extensively across the country, and have practiced yoga at many great studios. However, ONE YOGA is absolutely my favorite! The atmosphere is welcoming with a sense of excitement. You walk in and say to yourself, "I am where I should be in this moment." All the instructors are fabulous with a wide range of classes. The owners, Karey and Matt, have made this studio a very special place to practice yoga.

My wife and I attend breath yoga classes twice each week with Kenna and have for years. We love her classes because they have increased our strength, flexibility, balance, and most of all serenity.
The studio itself is attractive and the staff is friendly and helpful. And, we have met some wonderful new people. One Yoga is an valuable addition to our lives.

One Yoga..... ah I love you. I was on a quest to find a great non corporate studio and One Yoga met all my needs. The studio is clean. They have props galore. The real topper here is the instructors. Every instructor is well versed with tons of experience. I go several times a week and have never had a bad experience. They offer so many different types of classes, it's hard to find one that you wouldn't like. Additionally, their workshops are amazing. This yoga studio has completely changed how I think about yoga in the best way possible.

I have been a member since OneYoga opened and love it. I love that it's quiet and more traditional - no weights or chatting in the yoga room when class ends. A power class followed by restorative is just perfect, especially in the spring when I can watch the baby rabbits and geese in the beautiful courtyard. Hot showers with great pressure after class. Instructors are what you would expect from a boutique studio, and owners are warm and loving. That energy permeates the studio,

Kerry has chosen the best teachers in their field to provide the ultimate yoga experience in Denver. It's not just gentle, or beginner, or power, or yin, or aligned. It's all those things and more. Come inside and trust the process that you are in the right place at the right moment in time.

Came in because of the rave reviews on Yelp. No ego filled cherry creek wives obvious here ~ welcoming space. Got my 67-year-old Dad and 17-year-old son to join me for a restorative class. Worth stopping in and talking to them as there are a wide variety of instructors and classes ~ anti core power.

I like it here for the most part. I'd recommend! However, the rooms don't cool down fast enough after a hot yoga session, which makes it uncomfortable when I'm there for a beginner or restorative class. I'm a newbie and sometimes I think they forget what it's like to be one.

This is my happy place . It's so fun.
The teachers are wonderful, thoughtful, patient and they don't judge.
The owners have that passion for yoga you can just feel.
If you want to feel at ease and your just beginning yoga this is the place to be. Also if your up for a challenge, this is the place to be.

The three rooms are very nice.
They are clean and have lovely views.
All teachers are excellent.

The classes on Saturday morning with David Hatch need to be in a larger room. It sometimes is a bit close and although David is exceptionally accommodating, too much closeness makes it difficult to stretch out over the confines of the mat and so he can only teach with certain postures.

That would be my only concern, though it is a concern only because SOO many enjoy his class that the room is small sometimes.! We can only say that it is wonderful to have so many people enjoy

I've done 2 classes of prenatal yoga here and everyone I've met is very sweet, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The two yogie teachers that I've had have both been very good. It's also great looking out into a park during the class, can be quite calming or entertaining depending on what's going on out there!

The studio is very clean and there's lots of equipment for everyone to use. You can also hire mats and towels if you forget yours. Right now they have a $40 for 30 days special which is what I'm on.

I have hip and back issues so my PT recommends yoga to help me stay flexible. I've been attending the late evening Restorative Yoga classes which have been life savers. The instructors do gentle adjustments (which I need) and are extremely helpful. I love the mood setting: low lighting and meditative music. I am almost ready to move up to Hatha Yoga

A great studio! The facility was very clean & beautifully decorated. The floors are somewhat padded which I loved because I have bad knees. Daniel taught our hot yoga class & he was an outstanding instructor- his fun sense of humor kept the hard class happy & upbeat!

The view from the yoga rooms is what I picture in my mind a yoga studio would look like. I love that they dim the lights and light actual candles. The first class I went to here was my favorite yoga class of all time. Perfect intensity, great instructor and ambiance. I went to a few more relaxing classes that were not quite my preferred yoga style but I would continue to go to this yoga studio if I still lived in the area.

One Yoga is a authentic! The teachers are passionate about what they teach. Each class is carefully crafted by the instructor - and is unique. It's not "cookie cutter" at all. Also - it's not "just another workout". While there is certainly a strong physical component to the class, it is more than just physical...it definitely combines mind, spirit, and body. Also the facility is really nice and you'll love the owner too! Karey is the best! I highly recommend One Yoga.

ONE Yoga is absolutely the best of the best. It's a beautiful studio and home to many dedicated and passionate teachers. They offer a good mix of classes to please the widely varied clientele. As a bonus, they nearly always have a workshop or event to look forward to! It's a reasonable investment with good packages (that never expire!) and there's always ample parking. It's worth a visit - you won't be sorry!

Beautiful studio in a perfect location with great instructors. I purchased a 30 days for $40 pass and went every day, some times twice a day. The instructors are very knowledgeable and there is a range of different levels and classes. They gave me a swipe card that I used to swipe in to classes, and I loved that the instructors were at the front to greet you before class by name. I am not sure how their monthly memberships work, but I loved popping in and out of classes whenever I wanted (rather than having to pay in advance for a specific class and committing ahead of time, as in ClassPass). I'm a big fan of this studio. I've been going to prenatal yoga 2x/week for the last few months and I can tell there is a great sense of community at the studio. There is a wide variety of class offerings, lots of time options, and plenty of special events to participate in. I am so glad I found this studio and I highly recommend it! The 30 days for $40 offer for new students is a terrific way to test the waters.

I LOVE this studio!! It has a wonderful zen feel and a view of the park from all studios to add to the experience. All the instructors are well educated and friendly. They also provide classes for all levels, which is great, since I had never done yoga once, prior to coming to ONE Yoga! I would highly recommend this studio and I am happy I found them!!

ONE Yoga truly is an urban oasis. The instructors are excellent and the whole feel of the place is peaceful and rejuvenating. Every time I come in the door I feel calmer and getting back into yoga has been very good for me personally. I usually do Hatha 2 but I've even taken my parents in their 70's and they have benefited from Gentle Yoga and massage.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! After attending OneYoga for a few months, I have only grown to love it more. This is the first workout that I actually wish I could do every day and I get excited for!

For my first visit to the studio, I attended a community class ($9 - Sunday at 9:00 am) which non-members can attend. I suggest this as a way of trying out the studio if you are unsure. The first person I met here, Kourtney, was so sweet and really made my decision to become a member quite easy.

I have tried several classes, but I have found that the Power 2 heated classes are my favorite, but I like knowing
