Property owners, watch out. If you're looking for full-service property management on a rental property you own, look elsewhere. After trying Redwood Residential Property Management soon after they split from Alliance Property Management at the beginning of 2020, I have since switched property managers. I have worked with other property managers in the past and have never come across such a disorganized, dysfunctional property management firm.

We have been renting the same property for about a year, but maybe 6 months or so in, we were transitioned from another property management company to Redwood. We were nervous about the change, but Redwood has been proven to be an excellent choice for property management. Shout out to Michael Travis! Every request for maintenance has been handled with ease, and we hope to continue to rent from RRPM for a long time to come!
