Dream Team Associates
We've built our entire brand around you and your perfect getaway. Inside each Dream Hotel, you'll appreciate upscale amenities, obsessive-meets-compulsive service, built-in nightlife that seems to come naturally, and rare, raw energy drawn from some of the most stimulating cities in the world. We don't just offer beds to lay your head on for a night or two - we provide an introduction to a brand-new lifestyle.

We'll show you the finest art, architecture, and design, a space for balanced health and well-being, the latest fashion collaborations and musical artists, and state-of-the-art technology right in the comfort of your own room. It's time to try something different and push the boundaries of your expectations for a hotel stay.
Services
Like most fantasies, Dream Hotels (inclusive of Dream and DRM Dream Hotels) originated from a place of longing. A desire for lifestyle hotels with forward-thinking spaces filled with ultra modern amenities. For boutique establishments where the proverbial line between stay and play was blurry at best, and on-property entertainment connected guests and locals in tangible ways.
There's probably nothing better than knowing someone who knows someone who can get you an unbelievable deal on whatever you want. You know what we mean - the kind of discount that you can brag to friends (and maybe even family) about for at least six weeks. The kind where you have to pinch yourself to see if you were really awake when it happened.
Show-stopping interiors unlike what you expected, but with everything you wanted. Freeing rooftop views that make it clear why birds feel the way they do. Restaurants so exquisite they should really be in their own museums. Progressive destinations where the world comes to you in the form of an electric after-hours nightlife crowd.
At Dream Hotels, we don't believe in isolated travel. No matter the city, your exploration - both of yourself and of the place you've landed - should be a communal experience. That's why each lifestyle hotel in our portfolio offers on-property chef-driven dining and entertainment that embodies that locale's particular character and wit.
Throughout our stateside and international locations, Dream Hotels offer on-property space for meetings and events of all kinds. So, whatever you want to discuss, debate, celebrate or officiate, we can help you make it happen in rare form. And because our on-site teams have been doing this for a while, they're always willing and able to give you expert advice on everything from creative place settings to their favorite local DJs.

Wedding Party Beware!

I was unfortunately scammed by this hotel. Charged over 1k for a two night stay in a disgusting hotel.

The wedding party family member sent us a quote for $489 for 12/17-12/19 and made the assumption that prices would be $489 for the weekend. After looking at weekend rates costing between around $180 a night I assumed that made sense.

After getting there this was not the case. My wife has severe anxiety and didn't want to say anything during booking and I wasn't paying attention.

I came back later to clarify and was told an email would be sent to the sales dept

This place was great!

I stayed here for the NYC Marathon and this hotel was in a super convenient location. I could walk to all of the events that I needed to get to.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I would definitely stay here again! The amenities were great, and the hotel was historic but very well maintained.

A guest is going to breakfast which is included in the 468 I paid for one night. Should have the option to sit at a table before getting stopped to show the card of the hotel comp breakfast and to be guided to a small table by the kitchen door versus the table at the window and not be given the option to sit there?? I left. What a horrible never come back again hotel.

Great hotel, centrally located with easy access. This hotel was beautifully decorated and the customer service was amazing. When I checked in the front desk attendant gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne and told me to enjoy my stay!

The room was very clean and any issue I had they easily fixed it for me. The city view was amazing and they have great restaurants and and a beautiful rooftop PHD Terrace. The only complaint that I have is that you can't order room service from the hotel, you have to order through a third party site to get food on site.

Overall highly recommended if

These people need to be more efficient with their vaccination card checking. Nobody stopped me on the way in, and they sent me all the way back downstairs from the terrace to have someone check my vaccination. Are they not capable of checking my vaccine and ID upstairs?!

I can get past the rude staff or the closet sized rooms; t
But the additional $35 fee the next day because apparently the nightly cost that I had already paid for doesn't include electric or water? Complete BS. That's ridiculous. Hotel scam!!!!! BEWARE!!

This place is in a great location, but that and conveniently having 2 full bathrooms in a 1-bedroom suite is all this place has going for it. The parking was a hassle, the room upon first entering had a damp, mildew type smell to it which did not go away for another day. The views described on the website are great, but even after selecting gold suite for our stay, the view from the window was extremely underwhelming. I would also recommend adding a microwave and a fridge in each room to make the most out of the experience. The rooftop bar was unfortunately closed too, which was a bummer. Overall

*Review from a 7 yr NY'er*

Location, location, location.
Alright, Midtown is not my favorite, *but* it's always the classic NY experience out-of-towner's expect (Mommy dearest treated us while in town).
4 blocks from Central Park, 5 from Times Square, all the Irish Pubs and Duane Reades and Bakeries and TJ Maxes, right within a few steps. It's the NY all of us expats first fell in love with.

Unbeatable deal on Hotel Tonight! Economy room (double bed, city view, 11th floor for approx $170/ night which is an *unheard of* NY price [i.e. COVID special])

Last time visiting NYC my hubby and I stayed at the Dream Downtown and we loved it. This time we traveled with the family, so we decided to stay at midtown. A big mistake!
Don't believe those pictures on the website. This hotel is very outdated with super tiny elevators and smelly hallways. They let dogs stay at the hotel as well. Very small standard rooms with a view of a wall. Suites are fine but expensive. The only positive I can add that the hotel managers are trying to do their best to accommodate and the PHD rooftop terrace is very nice. If you want much better quality go somewhere

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights while visiting family in NYC. Initially we booked a room that was marketed as ~230 sq ft... I think it might have been less than 200 sq ft. It was basically just a room with a bed. Additionally, were kept up until 1:30a because of music blasting from outside - most likely from PHD. We also were able to hear every door that was opened/closed in the hallway because the walls are so thin.

After one night, we haggled with the front desk for a larger King-size room. They were able to upgrade us for an extra $20/night. It was SO much better, and wayyyy bigger

I've stayed with my significant other at this hotel on 3 separate occasions in addition to the downtown location. The staff is friendly and super helpful, the concierge provided us with multiple dinner recommendations. Fantastic location in midtown and a fun rooftop bar. Rooms are small but that's to be expected in NYC. Walls are paper thin so be weary of that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Manhattan, looking forward to my next overnight trip.

My girlfriend and I had the chance to visit the PHD terrace at this hotel on a Friday night in November. We had been seeing their most recent holiday set up all over Instagram and decided to go witness it for ourselves!

We arrived around 8 on a Friday night. They have a separate entrance on the ground level for the terrace with a door attendant checking I.D's. We were whisked up to the rooftop terrace where we walked into a beautifully decorated interior. For their winter design they set up Christmas lights on the ceiling and had large floral pieces set up throughout the space. Extremely

Recently stayed here for a bachelorette party. We reserved the "guesthouse" and two adjoining rooms to accommodate our party. The lobby of the hotel was trendy with a beautiful fish tank in the center. We stayed on the 11th floor, and my only complaint with that was that the elevators were tiny and took a bit to come. The guesthouse was beautifully decorated and had two bathrooms, along with one bedroom, a kitchenette, dining table/chairs, and two large sectional couches. It was the perfect room to entertain for the bachelorette and we had an awesome time. The TV and sound bar in the

I stayed at Dream Midtown in April for my first visit to NYC. Everything was great!

The hotel's location is perfect for a tourist. Located in the heart of Midtown West, the hotel is only blocks away from Times Square, Central Park, 5th Avenue, Columbus Circle... etc.

Our room was tiny, but that was expected. The room was clean and the decor was cute. I loved the bathroom shower head. Our view faced Broadway which was cool. I appreciated our room being serviced each day when we were out.

We tried Serafina, the restaurant located at the bottom of Dream. The food was great and the service

Stayed for 1 night last month on a Friday evening. Fabulous location! Close to everything! Trains, not far from Rockefeller, Columbus Circle, 5th avenue shopping and much more!

Hotel was fine. Nothing spectacular about it and it was perfect for 1 night. The room is tiny but everything you need or expect is there.

If you like to party after hours you can go to the rooftop and right to your room afterwards.

If you enjoy Serafina, its conveniently located downstairs.
Again, nothing amazing but perfect for me.

BEST LOCATION IN TOWN!

5 to 8 minute walks to everywhere you need! Located in the heart of Times Square, I had everything I needed and more.

What exactly is this hotel near?
Restaurants? YUP!
Liquor stores? YUP!
Corner stores? YUP!
99 cent pizza parlor, uh, YA!
Coffee shops? YUP (even a Starbucks)
Subway station? YUP!
Cafes? YUP!
Diners? YUP!

I mean, I can seriously go on and on, but you get my point about this hotel being in a great location.

The hotel is CLEAN, smells great every time you walk in. Dream as a connected bar, rooftop lounge and night club. The connected bar and rooftop

This hotel exceeded my expectations from past trips to NYC. First I'll start off with their location. WOW! Right off Broadway and central to anything and everything, including the Diamond District if you feel like getting fancy. Lol.

Inside you have a open space layout of the lobby, concierge, lobby bar and attached resteraunt. In the lobby there is a tubular aquarium the length of the wall (photo attached) that adds tranquility to the room. A nice contrast to the loud city just outside the front door.

Service is friendly, fast and efficient. There is a $100 incidental deposit put on your
