Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

The neighborhood kids are very misbehaved my daughter is now trying to act like them to fit in I guess. Which is better than the bullying she's had to endure since living here. There's been three incidents of other children not allowing her to come inside pushing her around cursing at her I had to go outside and make them leave so my 9 year old child could come in. I like the apartment though

Everything seemed to be going okay my mother and I went out to look at apartments dropped 75 for background checks and have been waiting a week for a response we've called several times... we have to find a place in 2 weeks and they said they'd let us know either way but not keeping up their end of the deal!!

I applied for this apartment 6/14/17. Was given a move in date for 6/28/17. However I called the week prior to my move date was told that the Regional Manager(Cynthia) needed for kids social security cards. So I provided that info, went to that office that day & there is a leasing agent(male) has no idea what is going on or what he is doing. I was told by him that all I needed. So i assumed that everything was good to go for 6/28/17. I even told my landlord that I was moving. The same week of the move, I called just to make sure everything was OK, I was told that they now needed my employer verification
