Our car was towed Friday night. Had to make 3 phone calls Saturday to get info on retrieving the car. They made an "appointment" for 2 :30. It's now 3:30 and there are people ahead of us in line! Terrible customer service with whining about no staff on weekends. Well here's an idea--dont tow cars on Friday if you can't deliver them on Saturday!

Slow service, they only have one person getting the car from the lot. They were very rude and aggressive to me and my friend (both young females). They take hours to get your car and over charge you. They will also charge you a fee for Nevada Day, which is dumb and they just want to scam you and take advantage of young college students. They charge an insane amount for poor service. They also didn't leave any card or anything therefore I didn't know where my car was taken, which is very unprofessional.

As a frequent flyer with this company making it my sixth time being towed if I could give this company five stars I definitely would not if I could give them zero I definitely would not if I could give them a negative rating I'd be all for it. They make good money and they don't give a fluff about how they affect you and what they do to you. This place will laugh before they take your money and give you your property back. I'm sure I'll be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I was told a day prior that as long as I arrived at the facility before 5pm, I wouldn't be charged an extra fee to get my car. I showed up at 4:15pm, spoke to the front desk over the phone to let me in, and because there were 2 people ahead of me, I didn't get helped until 4:55, and the employee told me that since it was now after 5 that I had to pay an extra 80$ if I wanted to get my car out. No one cared even tho they KNEW I was there and checked in 45 minutes prior to closing. This company is scamming people out of money for petty bullsh*t. It&apos

So disappointed in this towing company. They are in cahoots with Pizza Hut on 7th Street in Reno. Several tow trucks just waiting to tow cars in empty parking lot. Called Milne as my car was being towed & they refused to turn around. Went straight to Milne and they made me wait while they took my car off tow truck. Driver admitted they get paid on commission and that's why he wouldn't turn around. It's very obvious Milne and 7th St. Pizza Hut are in this together. Very sad for a family owned Reno business. Hope Milne owner knows this is going on.

My car was in an accident and park on an area with permission and they came it was park in a red curb, the area that was park on is probably a full car length away for the curb. They claim the office called, I mention to them the manager from the office confirm that they never called them, after I mention to the manager Christine she claim I was harassing them and that I threatened them, I mention what you talking about I am recording the whole conversation and I never threatened you nor cursed at you. She mention she was also recording and hang up.....

Probably insane that as somebody who had their car towed this week I'm leaving a five-star review, but they deserve it .

Milne was so understanding about the situation and recognized that the complex was going to hold me accountable even though it was the complex's mistake. They made the process so simple for me and knocked off one of the fees to relieve some of the financial burden

This towing service has the most unprofessional drivers. They are rude men who are disrespectful towards women. I overheard Dillion (who is a male driver) arguing with my neighbor who is a female. Being a female myself, It made me incredibly anxious. I will be going to the HOA to complain. These workers should not be disrespectful to anyone and if they can't be professional than they shouldn't be in these positions. Very bad service. Towed my car charged way too much and added fees based on time the car was picked up. They want you to be on their time. They complained that I was unable to get my car before 5 ( hate to break it to you most ppl aren't off work before 5). Terrible and over priced. Absurd. Ppl are rude as well. 1 star is extremely considerate.

The worst towing company EVER. There is a big sign in the Park Terrace townhomes parking lot(several of them). They advertise that they would tow a vehicle, yet they don't do it. I called twice to report a vehicle blocking me in and the lady who answered was very rude and would not send anyone to tow the vehicle blocking me in. I have endless pictures and videos of people parking illegally EVERYDAY! Milne is not at all managing this place. We need accountability. What's next a lawsuit? This is not over.

I almost had my work truck towed from in front of my house by this company who was subcontracted under a road repair company who was in turn contracted by the City of Sparks.
They had my truck hooked up and lifted off the ground by 6:50. My photo will show that it is put down by 6:53 after I asked them to drop the vehicle with barely contained frustration reminding them that the construction fliers and cones all stated a 7:00 time to have vehicles off the street.
I would have been off the street by 6:55 (my routine). The first call went to Milne and got at least courteous help from the lady on
