Just had a phone call from a fine gentleman who talked to me about my various advertisements with truck repair breakdown vendors. Very thorough and deliberate conversation about how companies like this one are really screwing over its long time advertising customers who basically made them relevant. So now not only are they selling out by giving these 3rd party vendors a direct portal on the first page they are now doing a scam tactic where they allow a company to be AUTHORIZED results and they place them up top above all other customers basically funneling more money into their own pockets while

Going to be a long post all companies should read.
so for the last several years I advertised my repair shop tow service and road service. I always had secretary handle all of this I didn't really have time to do everything. however I recieved a very informative email with a phone call I asked for as a follow up. this company which was built on the backs of your regular repair shop towing service etc has now allowed multiple third party vendor companies that solicit calls to truck repair services and then skim off the top.
That in itself if a pure disgrace and basically

0 Stars all the good reviews are fakes and than even present true costumer serevice as matter a fact find truck services takes the business from legitimate truck repair shops in they area and make those shops to pay to get listed on it's website directory so you need to pay tons of money in order to have a good ad position on its site.
I Don't recommend to use this company and it's websites or apps just shop for local business in this area directly.

Wonderful service! I work in dispatch and this is what we use for breakdowns, new tires and any other repairs. My owner operators have the free apps and this saves all of us a lot of time on breakdowns and repairs over the road. The free account has very useful tools as well like tracking vendors we use with notes and I can text message drivers any location from the website. Just a great service and very friendly people, we met them in Dallas at the truck show.

This is a great company and service. My dad is a truck driver and I found it for him when his truck had a problem. I called them and they told me about the free apps they have to help him find services nationwide. He has used it for more than 2 years now and is very happy I found this company.
