Services
What to do if your vehicle is impounded? You will need proof of Current Registration, or Title attached with a copy of your drivers license to access your vehicle. You may also get a temporary moving permit from the DMV if you do not have Title or Registration. Releasing a vehicle is available for the Registered owner or Legal owner ONLY!
Do you have an abandoned vehicle on your property? We are here to help! We offer parking enforcement for local businesses and for single homes. We offer sign placement, & abandoned vehicle removal (fees may apply). Apartment owner's and property managers can rely on Nevada Towing, Inc. to provide quality parking enforcement.
Here is just a sample of our current vehicles for sale. Come on down to the lot and see our entire stock in person. In 2006 we opened our sales department to better serve our community. People often ask where we get our vehicles. I'd say that we get them from all over. We pick them up from other dealerships, from trade-ins when people buy cars, and from vehicles auctions.

Not professional and pricing more than any towing company in town will rip you off every chance they get. Called to see if they have truck and was told to go to auction and and call than called them again and was told they don’t have truck. Dealed with them few times and every time is the same. WORST TOW in town and don’t believe all fake 5 star reviews it’s all lies.

Carl, when a person calls to explain what happens with an issue you really need to listen to them. Awful customer service, I do not recommend this company. Carl refused to listen to what I had to say, talked over me. I have called the insurance company about this. But Carl doesn't care about his unsafe drivers that he employs.

Just starting a journey with this company and here we are starting off with a bang. I had a vehicle towed by this company this afternoon to an impound lot (undrivabled after an accident) and reached out, when I was finally able, for some information. They tote '24 hour service' so I was looking forward to getting started on this before tomorrow (it's midnight afterall). As soon as the night dispatcher answered the phone, I asked for a bit of information on securing the vehicle. He (Ben) expressed that he didn't have any information on that and would have to call during office

The folks at Nevada Tow are fantastic. The front office was great at figuring out what I needed to move a 1944 Sterling ex-Navy truck, and the field crew were courteous, professional and on-time for the appointment. Their rates are competitive, their equipment is top-notch, and overall you cannot beat their service.

This company is very unprofessional, I called the dispatch and arrange to have a semi trailer decked, the following day they called me and informed me that they were going to need 3 heavy wreckers to deck one trailer, when the owner called me he proceeded to tell me that we were going to be illegal and that we would get stopped at every port, they were 2 hours late and charged us $1100 to deck 1 trailer, never in my life have I seen it take 3 trucks and 5 guys to deck 1 trailer, I don’t recommend this company and all and I can ensure that we won’t ever use them again! I have decked and undecked

So as I sit the yet another repair shop for this car that I bought 6 months ago I just want to help others not to experience the nightmare that I am currently undergoing. I bought a 2017 Nissan that was supposed to have been abandoned, that in reality was a salvaged wrecked vehicle (and of course was not disclosed). If you are reading this review my advice to is run as far and as fast as you can from this place.

Hmm not sure I will be back. Went with a friend she picked out a vehicle but they wanted a month of pay stubs. Well my friend Didn't have that so I decided to cosign for it. Waited a week to get an answero on the loan, no nothing. Then we walked in unexpectedly they refunded my $200 deposit yet with no answer. So something is off about this place and us buying a car here sends red flags. Then he said if my friend put $1000 down we can work something out. I told her don't do it!

Yesterday was miserable because i got to my vacation home and a steam roller was blocking my driveway and i had no idea whos it belonged to. I had called EVERY SINGLE TOW COMPANY IN RENO and NO ONE wanted to remove it! These guys were the last resource i had and they did it for me and the driver and the operator was helpful! Thank you!

Customer service operator named Ben was extremely rude from the very beginning of my call and hung up on me while I was trying to explain that I already made arrangements for a long distance tow with a very helpful customer service person a couple days before.
If you can't handle a simple customer service job Ben, then you should do the rest of us and your company a favor and just stay home and collect unemployment.

Very unhappy with their communication skills (or lack of) and treatment! It is hard enough to go through a traumatic car accident but then to have to figure out where my car went afterwards is ridiculous. The driver of the tow truck had no issues when we told him to fro the car off at the auto repair shop. Then we receive a call from the tow driver after we left the accident site and are told that management told him that he has to take it to his yard and then he will take it to the shop. We are upset but say fine. This is on a Friday morning. Monday morning, I call the repIr shop and they say

Nick with Nevada towing is awesome. My husband and I along with our 16 week old puppy broke down in Verdi on the way home from Utah (home being Lodi CA) after calling AAA for help the 1st company refused us same day service so AAA called Nevada towing and they had no problem sending Nick out on a Sunday afternoon. The young lady (sorry I can't remember her name) called and kept me informed of when Nick would be there. And Nick called to inform me that he was within 15 min away. After the stress of the day he made sure we where all comfortable and took us home. I would not hesitate to recommend

I am so grateful to Nevada Towing and Nick. My truck was stuck in the mud and two other tow truck companies came out and looked at the mud andsaid they could not do the job. Nick took a few minutes, accessed the situation and had the truck out in no time fast. The company was very prompt and professional. Thank you so much Nick and Nevada Towing.

I had the worst customer service of my life with this company and I am 60 years old. I recieved their service through AAA for a motor home tow. I was out in the desert waiting to hear from them for over 2 hours after calling AAA. I finally had to call AAA to find out what happened and was told that it would be another 5-6 hours before they could get to me. I was not happy and let AAA know this, since I was 1.5 hours outside of Reno. Reno towing had been trying to contact me while I was on the phone with AAA and when I called them back they said they could make it in 3hours. I felt this was at
