Stay away from this company!! Call anyone else you can. The customer service represents the maturity of a teenager. And they will lie right to your face about pricing with no clear explanation. They will also impede you from gathering any personal property out of a totalled vehicle. Even when you are there to pay fee and collect items with proof that it's your vehicle. Completely unlawful. This company is a complete waste of time.
