Thank you so much for your hard work and obvious talent for creating a wonderful reception. So many guests remarked how delicious the food was [most saying it was the best they'd ever had at a wedding reception]. The flowers, the cake were gorgeous. The phone didn't stop ringing since we left on our honeymoon, with calls from friends and family expressing what a great time they had and again declaring that it was the best reception ever!
During the season, we grow baskets of flowering herbs & seasonal blooms. Grace can create a stunning centerpiece from her gigantic Asparagus Fern Urn, cascading with white Dendrobium Orchids & a topknot of huge yellow Sunflowers. Or, for budget events, the huge Bronze, Turkish Coffee pot is filled with a dramatic assortment of silk flowers & the table is accented with cascading vines & fresh flowers.

We have had your Grandmothers in our kitchen to share their family recipes with us, and to show us how to "Do It Right"! Chicken Tandoori:Bite sized pieces of chicken cutlet soaked in Tandoori marinade, grilled & skewered with fresh Mango & Avocado.

Elizabeth Ngonzi had over 200 Africans coming to the Newark Museum to celebrate her marriage. For his induction, a Brooklyn judge requested 5 tables filled with food representing his many constituencies, complete with ethnic dcor and colors. As I was standing next to the Arroz con Pollo, listening avidly to a group of Latin American women discussing exactly how the yellow rice was cooked to get it to taste like that.
