Spent the weekend and it was awful. The room said king size bed which it was not. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything in the rooms around us and one room was playing music until 2 am which was awesome.
Ate at the Frost bar and the food was awful the fact they charge as much as they do for the dog food they serve is an insult.
Ended up having to eat all other meals at local restaurants and luckily were all very good. This hotel needs to update its rooms and at the very least lower it's prices because it is not at all worth the money to stay there and you definitely won

My wife and stayed here the weekend of 10/15-10/17/21 and were sorely disappointed. Reading the other reviews, it seems the common theme is the poor customer service and I couldn't agree more! From the front desk staff at arrival, to the waitress serving us dinner in the terrace restaurant it seems everyone went out of their way to make sure we knew we were an inconvenience. Honestly I've never experienced anything like this. Even the concierge was rude, for crying out loud! Miserable, miserable staff.
There were a slew of weddings goings on that weekend and I suspect that's this

September 11, Friday night, really busy, party of 8, so disappointed in the halibut dinner, halibut dry and chewy served over a not hot starch over way overdone asparagus that couldn't be cut. Another guest could not finish her chicken because it was not fully cooked in the center. Great ambiance, terrible food.

Worst wedding venue ever. Wouldn't recommend to any bride unless they want to get married in a wedding factory. Stinks since I am a local (live about 15 minutes from the venue) and was planning on coming back each year on our anniversary but have zero interest in doing so. Wish I went to Wychmere or that they had let me cancel when I had asked… but, after declining my request to cancel earlier this year (which I understand, I had a contract), they asked me to move my wedding time back an hour so they could fit yet another bride in. Thank goodness this was my "one year anniversary party"

Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 15 year anniversary. It was our first time to Cape Cod and we never left the resort. The restaurants were great (we tried them all) and the bars were great (also tried them all)!
I was disappointed with the slow shuttle service, but it's understandable with all the employee shortages! However, my biggest complaint is our shocking discovery that the provided beach umbrellas are not UV resistant! My wife stayed under the umbrella for several hours on Saturday and was burnt badly! I attached a photo for you to see how bad! At least

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Staff is absolutely miserable and NO help! I actually had 3 young men walk RIGHT passed me while I was trying to push a stroller full of two children, push 2 suitcases and carrying a wedding dress!!!! And that was only the beginning!
The rooms were decent at best and for the price of them 100000x not worth it! For $800 a night you'd expect a little bit more than decent and maybe not a view of a massive parking lot or their dumpsters!Went to breakfast one morning and I took an hour to get a coffee while waiting for menus we ended up looking it up on our

Don't stay here if you're trying to have a good time! We were here for a wedding party and got thrown out because the members thought we were "too loud". When we asked management they said the bar had too much volume and wasn't prepared to handle all of us which was clearly a lie. Then we asked to have a sever come take care of us in a separate area which they originally agreed to but sent no one. We then tired to ask why we were no longer being served and the bartender proceeded to call the best man (brother to the groom) "a short loser" which was completely

We visited this resort for a week in July during our first visit to the Cape.
Pros:
Resort grounds are lovely
Family friendly
Rooms (within mansion) are large and nicely done
Most of the servers we dealt with at restaurants were very friendly and responsive
Their great lawn is fun for kids and families in the evenings
Cons:
A bit pricey for what you get. We've stayed at more and less expensive resorts before...this one felt below par in value for the money
Was surprised at how unwelcoming management was- check in was rude and hasty, when I had a follow up question for management during

The Ocean Terrace at Ocean Edge was a perfect place to stop during our rainy Memorial Day weekend down the Cape. The outdoor bar had perfect coverage, heat lamps and beautiful views of the ocean. We felt like it wasn't even raining! Our bartender, Nicole, was more than accommodating and we felt like we were the only people at the bar! She made fantastic drinks for us and was so friendly and hospitable. We are definitely making another stop there this weekend!

Review for the Frost Bar Igloos
We had a wonderful time at the Frost bar igloos for dinner! The minimum spend per igloo was $150. Although the food seems expensive, it is well worth the experience. We ordered multiple different menu items in the "one person" size along with two cocktails- we were full and satisfied, and left with a to-go box! I highly recommend this experience!

My friend and I recently took advantage of the "healthcare professionals" discount as the advertisement sounded phenomenal. When we arrived, we checked in at the mansion (the site we thought we booked a room at), was provided our room keys and told to drive around until we found our room. After driving all around the premises twice, we contacted the front desk staff and were notified that our room was actually located in the villa's "just down the street". Again, we drove all around the premises (in the dark) and eventually found the building our room was located in but

I'm giving four stars because my husband and I throughly enjoyed our three night stay at the mansion. The room was beautiful and clean. The grounds were stunning. The beach was a short walk from the room. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace, the view was to die for.
However, the resort is very busy. I wasn't aware how large the actually resort is. They have many other villas on the mansion side nearby as not part of the "mansion". Seems like people own or rent them to larger groups or families. With this, the pool is always packed with children. The beach, although there is
