Enchantment continues when you charter a boat to nearby historic villages and watch the sun slowly fall over pebbled beaches.
Over 400 years ago, the Wampanoag Indians were the first to discover the pleasures of summering at Wequassett, swimming and fishing in the Bay's clear waters, chipping arrowheads from colored stones on the shore, and gathering quahog and periwinkle shells for wampum. They named the land Wequassett, which means "crescent on the water, " most likely because the sand-spit curves about the Cove are in the crescent shape.

We enjoy photographing weddings at Wequassett Resort! From the rooms, to the staff and gorgeous harbor view. Ben was able to get aerial photography of this beautiful resort. The window light inside the room was perfect for bride getting ready. The ballroom at Wequasset was stunning, with warm amber uplighting and tablescapes full of candles. This is THE place to get married on the Cape!

The Wequassett Resort is a great Cape Venue for a wedding or catching a performance. I've photographed weddings & events amongst a bustling service staff geared to please the guests. The venue is unlike any other, in its indoor/outdoor layout blessed with a breath-taking view of Pleasant Bay, on the Atlantic Ocean. Performers love this venue for the accessibility to their fans. The Cape Cod Jazz and Blues Festival is hosted here annually and is well attended.

Just finished up a three night stay at the Wequassett Resort & Golf Club and have to say that while the property is expensive, it's one of the finest overall hotel experiences that you can have in the New England area. The grounds, pool, service, and restaurants are all 5 stars. The pool area in particular is very special, you feel like your in a different world hanging out there. The whole resort in general reminded me very much of the Montage Palmetto Bluffs without the long flight down to South Carolina for someone like myself who lives in the Northeast. We stayed in one of the cottages which

28 Atlantic is the best restaurant in Cape Cod. From service to food. It is an elegant space, with beautiful views and the staff is outstanding. At the end of our dinner, we received 5 different gifts and a beautiful card. Of course we will not only remember the delicious and pleasant dinner but we will recommend the experience. Reservation is recommended.

I took my father here Tuesday evening for this 80th Birthday and golf the next morning. The resort is absolutely stunning, the service and room were 5 stars! Chef James Hackney and William made our dinning experience one we won't forget. I can not thank them enough for all they did for us and making this mile stone birthday an unforgettable one. Also, the staff, Maggie, Ava, Lauren and a few others were class acts! Thank you!

This hotel is really beautiful. I have gone there twice now and it is by far my favorite hotel in Cape Cod.
The minute you go there, you feel so welcomed! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people who work there!!! They are so professional and so thoughtful and they really go the extra mile to make your stay special!!!
The hotel had amazing beautiful landscaping with flowers everywhere. They have a beautiful pools and pool side restaurant. Private beach and servers to bring you food and drinks on the beach. There is also a complimentary boat ride to a sandbar in the ocean.

The grounds are very nice. You actually feel like you are in the Caribbean. The food at the restaurant is very good. I can't say the food was not good. The appetizer portion, mussels in my case, could be bigger. But again, very delicious.
This is not a cheap place, each dish you will prob average at min $30. The drinks cost are also on the higher end.
The reason for the 3 stars is the ridiculous 18% service charge they add to your meal. Regardless of party size. In my case, 2 people. I find that odd. Also, the charge could be somewhere on the menu, and maybe I just missed it. If that&apos

After 20 years of seeing Wequassett grow to a magical and phenomenon place this summer has been very disappointing. The service is top notch is beyond however the food has been a big disappointment at Both at Atlantic Twenty eight and the Outerbar . Don't give me excuses of lack of kitchen staff. Serve 50 ipo 100 and make the experience worth it! Don't tell me the chefs are stressed! I would rather be toId I can't come in for dinner then being served a below par meal! Many places making excuses! NOT the Wequassett way! Step back, regroup and live up to your reputation!

I got married here and I had the most magical day of my entire life! Megan, our event coordinator, was the sweetest, most genuine person who, done to the details, made sure everything was so perfect. I was blown away! You can clearly see how everyone within the industry works together and loves what they do- they are all a family and made my day the most perfect it could be. I am so thankful I picked this location because these people were so great! I wish I could replay yesterday again!! GET MARRIED HERE!

Writing this review while I'm still sitting in my room. This place has some pro's
1. Access to pool and beach especially with kids extremely convenient.
2. Ability to walk to food and get room service
3.. Most staff friendly
Cons
1. for over $1000 a night I figure I would have a reserved parking spot and not drive around like a dope and have to walk quarter mile to room.
2.walls as thin as single ply toiletoaper Not too bad unless people above you walk around constantly at 1am waking my and the entire family every night inclydimg 6 month old. This culminated with a party and loud

Great vibe. Staff offered a golf cart ride to save me some time walking to the restaurant :) Ate at 28 Atlantic and sat at the bar. Food came in small portion and overpriced. When I asked the bartender for opinion between poached shrimp (under $30) and king crab appetizer ($32) he said without hesitation: go with the king crab lol

My husband and I had celebrated our 20th Anniversary and all I can say is PERFECTION. The service, resort property, and the restaurants were unbelievable. We were professionally greeted by a staff member who brought us to our suite to settle us in. I loved our room with a gorgeous water view. We were very welcomed with pink champagne and a graze tray. We checked out the property and hung out at the pool which overlooked the beach. It was such a nice day and I really enjoyed myself before dinner. We went to 28 Atlantic and all I can say is it was so good with all my favorite ingredients in a meal

Pros:
- pool and cabanas with drink and food service
- beautiful landscaping and gardens to relax in
- on site food that was better than expected
- in room bar is shockingly reasonably priced
Cons:
- in room amenities, furnishings, and interiors don't match up with the price
- bed and pillows were uncomfortable
- small shower/bathtub combo
- thin walls and floors so you hear everything
Great if you want to be outside the whole time and don't mind a lot of kids running around. Probably look for one of their private cottages or something if you want a more intimate experience. Don&apos

When seeking luxury cape cod lifestyle, look no further. This resort has high quality dining, private pool, access to CC National, and many other attributes that makes me return. Service is impeccable. It will be challenging to find another cape cod resort that equals the level of detail the property maintains. They have always tried to accommodate requests to ensure a memorable stay. Definitely on the higher end of vacay budget but why not?!
