I moved here at the end of October 2021, so I haven't been here long- but I moved from Ohio, so there were a few things I noticed, once I got here (as expected) that differ from the promotional videos I saw online.
The apartments are nice- only slightly outdated with some previous repairs I would've done differently (for the price)- For instance- I have some beige paint spots on the ceiling from where the painters made a mistake here and there, and some of the cabinets have warped wood that was just painted over. There was a weird odor coming from the newly installed carpet that we haven't been

I've been living here for a few months. This is the BEST apartment complex you'll ever stay at. Other than the price and location is excellent! They also have an amazing and extremely helpful staff from the office to the maintenance guys. If you ever need something fixed, they'll usually fix it on the same day or the next day. The area stays clean and the dumpster is never too overloaded. The resort style pool is very nice and well kept. The bedrooms are very spacious and the walk-in closets are big as well. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

I have lived at Windtree apartments 3 1/2 years before moving to a different location. To be completely honest, I only have positive things to say about my experience during my stay there! Starting off, the staff is absolutely amazing! The ladies working at the office go the extra mile to make sure the tenants have all information available at all times, upon request, and are very proactive in keeping their tenants updated on everything that is going on. They’re always willing to help and work extremely hard! Same thing goes for the maintenance staff there. Any issues that I had were taken care

We lived at windtree for 2 years and we loved it. The maintenance team is amazing, if you have an issue they are usually there within minutes of not the same day. The rent does go up as someone had said and that doesn’t accommodate the wages in the area. The biggest issue was car break ins, which they have no control over but it’s something to think about. Other than that I would say we enjoyed our time at windtree.

Let me continue with in a year and a half of me living there my rent went up around 100+ dollars a month, whilst the living wages in fayetteville do not keep up with that. Also, if you are NOT military and attempt to leave prior to your contract being up DESPITE what they tell you when you resign there will be fees included. Please be more aware and read your contract thoroughly and ask very in depth questions. The staff seems to rotate out very quickly so you’re never quite sure who still works

I just recently moved from the Windtree Apartments. I have moved to another state. I lived at the Windtree Apartments for 5 years and I must say, I never felt more safer than I did there. Living there put you in the middle of everything. It’s in a very convenient location and although the traffic would be horrible at times, I wouldn’t trade living there for anything!!!! I have met several office staff members over my time of living there and each one was as friendly as the ones before. The maintenance teams were outstanding!!! They helped me out a lot. I want to thanks these two pacific woman and gentlemen who work in the front desk, Hannah and Samantha. From the day I moved in to the day I moved out they were so nice and sweet. I had an emergency and had to move out before my lease and they did everything in their power to help me and made the process very smoothly. The maintenance supervisor Mr.Scott was amazing himself, he put my door bell camera up same day I moved in, When I needed him to fix ANYTHING, it was done same day or the next. Honestly I Highly recommend Wind-tree apartment, it’s nothing like a Great staff. Th location is great

I am a previous tenant that is currently in the process of moving back into Windtree, which should say something in of its self. The staff has been most accommodating. My partner and i are in the process of selling our house and looking to move in soon while we continue our search for another. Brenda and Hanna are FANTASTIC. There is another young lady that is always super friendly and smiling however i do not know her name. if you are looking for a quiet, clean, friendly, comfortable and convenient place this is it. I loved living here before and although temporary i am very excited to move back

I’ve lived here since 2017 and I can’t imagine a better complex to call home! The ladies at the front office are always kind and welcoming when you walk in. The property also goes out of their way to host events and contests for the residents. Maintenance is always reliable and timely. cannot say enough good things about this place!
