Easily the worst apartment I've ever lived in. Besides the constant roach problem and the water being shut off multiple times a week, we've just gotten new management (which is the 3rd time since I moved in from June 2021) that shut off our regular online payment method without notifying any of the residents, and when I finally find out on the 3rd of the month they take over, they close their offices early for no reason. Now I'm being charged late fees despite the fact I was never told they'd be closing early, and even after dropping off the rent the next day they still keep adding late fees to

Do not move into Balcones Urban Flats. I repeat: DO NOT MOVE into Balcones Urban Flats. It was my mistake to do so, and I regret it but I'm not sitting still for BUF's lack of proper care for its tenants and its property.
We've been here since Nov. 12. First off when you move into in an apartment you get your door key AND your mailbox key. We have yet to receive one. "It's on order" we've been told. As of Dec. 13 we still have not received

Great people in office, they went above and beyond for me as far as pushing my application through quickly to get me approved despite my situation.

This place is a sham. Apartments are run down miss manage and maintenance is a joke look at there website and look at these pics. Leaks pool horrible, there show apartment is not what you move into. I talked to 3 other tenants moving out same day same reasons. Place should be condemned.

What can you say about this place that hasn't been said, move in at your own risk! The area is bad management doesn't keep up with the apartment complex to many druggies moving in. The rent is high for a single expect to pay almost $1000 in rent not including electricity. Stay away from this apartments looks are deceiving. Don't move in to this apartments you'll be at risk of having your apartment broken into.

When I first talked to the management team everyone was so nice. I have been moved 3 times which is unacceptable. I feel there is no way that management can't just be truthful with you. I just want my money back because I was lied to. I moved here from FL and I was very excited now I am mad and I was told its going to be 30 -60 days until I get my money refunded which I know is a lie. So if I don't get my money refunded soon because I am trying to use that money to move. I will call code enforcement on Balcones Urban Flats and hit y'all with a lawsuit. Someone needs to refund my money

Came looking for a place for my son and the experience was so pleasant. I met with the black girl. i think her name was Diamond. I think it was her first day back to work too. She was so incredibly sweet. We spent 3 hours in the office but she was so attentive and was as excited as we were to get our son in his first apartment. She even gave my little one some chips to calm her down. The reputation may have been bad but the group in here now is so much better

I am new to the San Antonio area and was met with open arms from the Balcones Urban Flats staff especially the Property Manager Ms. Justus she was nice, kind, courteous, respectful and was willing to help in anything that I needed. I viewed several properties in the area and Balcones Urban Flats properties is exactly what I need for the time being. Balcones Urban Flats is a affordable apartment that will work. I appreciate everybody's help and I plan to apply.

Bro this place is scamming... came in to get a apt rushed me into getting a application said to get two money orderes just incase I don't get aproced came back to get my money order after I got denied supposedly for criminal but my cases where dismissed and this is what they had to offer me instead of my money order

They scam people out of there money fake paper work to kick you out in 24 hours they took my rent money and lied too try and have me put in jail the officers some work for them very bad people getting shot stabbed I didn't even last a two months

HORRIBLE place to live in nothing gets fixed on time,animal feces literally every corner you see and let's not forget management is HORRIBLE and unprofessional!!! The most dirty apartments ever I'm not exaggerating... let's not forget someone literally got shot and died in the parking lot!

I got the keys to B314 on 05/08/2020 to move in over that weekend. My AC went out when I moved in on 05/09/2020. I sent an email letting the property know. It took four days for it to be fixed. That was four days I had to stay at a hotel out of pocket. I was not updated on the situation during that time. I had to come in and speak… w/ the Property Manager, Jennifer, to find out what the holdup was. I accepted the situation because she said the roof was wet and maintenance can’t be up there in that condition due to their safety. I am a reasonable person and I can understand

The worst apartments ever please don't move here 2 days ago the upstairs flooded their toilet and it came down and messed up my belongings and my kids I'm a single mother of two kids I can't afford to buy new things just like that and I called the office no one came to clean up or at least check the apartment now here I am two days later with a leak from god knows who and I called for someone to come check it out it's been an hour and a half nobody has showed up it's flooded by the way I'm not the only one w flooded apartment it's other neighbors with the same

Do not live here. It’s a roach motel and a hot spot for crime. Someone got shot with an AR in the parking lot while my gf was checking the mail. Every time we came home our apartment smelled like weed. There are stuck people everywhere. We had to call the cops at least once a week and we only lived there 10 months. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Staci was amazing in working with us on what we wanted and what we could afford. She went above and beyond in answering all our questions. The apartment complex is beautiful and there's a dog park which my dog loves.

First and foremost, the studio is $608, and that is for the "classic" model. (They say classic because it's nicer than what it really is.) When I asked about the price discrepancy, I was told that they would not change it. So I get to pay $69 more a month for 400 square feet, how lucky! I am never alone, because the roach infestation is atrocious. The "pest control" is someone walking in and spraying a lot of generic raid into the center of the room. Please walk the grounds, but watch your step! It's littered with animal waste. Not near the office, of course, but pretty

I really like the location. You can literally get anywhere in 15 minutes. The staff here have done a great job with improvements and just making it a comfortable and safe place to live. Josh, and the management team work with you to make it a great experience.

I have loved here a couple of years, there have recently been many changes and improvements. The staff in the office ( Josh and Wade ) are friendly and very helpful. I recommend Balcones Urban Flats.

They are here for you. They will work with you if something comes up! They also work with broken leases and will help you get a place to live.

Dirty Place ! GROSS .. Do Not Rent here .. Infested with roaches!! Every corner of the complex you will see roaches, not jus one but up to a dozen at a time. But to top it off The Manager is RUDE, unprofessional, and just plain Ehhh. Not a people person.

Just moved here a week ago, it's called Santa Fe Place now. And all the reviews I saw online about this place are lies or just really old. I haven't had any problems and everything's slowly being renovated. The landlord and assistant are really nice and helpful. The people here are mostly those you don't want to talk to but just keep to yourself and no one will talk to you. Overall it's a cool place to live
