Since I moved here I have enjoyed the convenience of the location. The office staff has always been helpful since I moved in and I have always felt safe here. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff are always friendly and efficient! Price was great. The best part is, it really close to work. Everything i need is right here.

Super upset with these apartments. Moved in January 11th 2021 but soon got complaints on my 2 year old daughter. Was told by management that I should force her to sit down instead of being a child, and even for bedtime she moves in her bed a lot and we are upstairs even though we asked for a downstairs. As time went on I got super sick and ended up in the hospital with hyperemesis gravidarium which then prevented me from working, I reached out to the property manager and she told me she would send me some links for rental assistance but failed to do so. I reached out to them later on that week

I've been here since the beginning of the year with my kids, we really love living here. The girls in the office always have such a great attitude which makes our time here that much better. Very comfortable atmosphere. Also the landscaping is always well maintained, which is so nice to see while we are out walking around.

I was a resident here from August 2019 to September 2020. However, I only lived at the complex a total of 7-8 months. The staff are very nice, but unprofessional in their communication and how they run their business. It took 4 months for me to get my security deposit back and additionally, I had to argue with management over supposed damage to their cheap countertops, which were already in that same state when I moved in. They want to take your deposit in any way they can.
The complex is not safe. Anyone can wander in from the street. I frequently saw people picking garbage from the trash inside

Really bad management. Apartments are okay for the price and I think all the plants and landscaping is pleasant and the location is really convenient. The issue is with the owners and management. On multiple occasions my rent was deducted twice for the same month I.e $1,700 instead of $900. Pretty big difference and it takes weeks to get that money back! When I moved out they did that and took 6 months and me stopping by weekly to get MY money back. Cars are constantly vandalized because there aren't lights or cameras. The water is shut of Lito like every other week with short notice. My friend

i lived here while my house was being renovated. 6 months. i paid on time never had my music loud and didn't complain when someone was shooting their guns in the complex. when i moved out i was paid up. and owed nothing... i called a couple months after i moved out to see if i would be getting my deposit back. i didn't receive an answer. they did send a move out statement filled with 30 different dollar amounts, no amounts saying anything was owed. 9 months later i have a collection agency telling

Only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars is because it's overpriced for the size of my Apartment. 500sqft for $730 is a bit ridiculous. Other then that, maintenance is actually pretty quick, there's no carpet which is awesome because I have dogs, and the office staff is pretty friendly. They don't actually have a decent "dog park" like the property advertises. It's just a fenced in patch of mud and some grass, so I don't take my dogs in. You have to pay for the cable, even if you don't use it, but it's not terrible. Just regular spectrum cable

I wanted to share how horrible this place is and what a bad experience I had living at these apartments! First of I'll start of by complaining about the cable they make u pay like everyone complaining about that they don't even use .. if u get separate cable company you still have to pay for cable with the apartments !! Why?? Idk .. anyways that's a small problem!! They have mold everywhere!! All in the restroom kitchen and I let them know never came .. moved out after my lease ended at that they charged me a extra$ 960 besides last months rent that I wasn't stayin there so

I've never had an apartment that was terrible enough to get out of a lease early kind of thing.but this was it!!!
I cant believe I actually took this place seriously.
This complex was completely gutted from what I was told and remodeled with so called top of the line appliances and finishes.. that was a LIE ..
Management is VERY UNprofessional and not very quick to respond to any complaints or maintenance issues. Security is SUPPOSED TO BE top priority and ITS NOT!
they stole my neighbors truck and broke into my work truck yet had no way of helping us.

I have a few issues and I am not happy. The first issue the pool , they have 2 pools on site the first one (next to the front office) is really nice,nice lounge chairs, always clean ,the second pool is disgusting it is rarely cleaned ,greenish water , slimy you floors and walls ,also with a slight green tint to them and when I addressed the front desk they say "Oh due to the rain no one has been able to clean it " but yif you look out to their pool it's clean and someone was cleaning it at that exact moment that and the rain doesn't last 2 months in texas . The year I spent at City Base Vista was okay. The problem didn't occur until my lease was up and I was ready to move out. I moved out 11 days after my lease expired. When I went to pay the prorated portion of the rent to my surprise the Asst Mgr had a very different total. What i calculated was dividing the $725 rent by the 30 days in November and multiplying that amount by 11. I wound up paying $666 calculated by the Asst Mgr. I was charged for cable (which was included per their website), pest control, sewer, trash and water along with some other charges. When I left the apartment I left
