Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is two times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
I have lived at The Ridge for 27 years and have been through both good and bad management (mostly bad) until the past 3 years when Monarch acquired the property. To begin with, the office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in all requests. The Office Manager, Daniela, is very professional and seems to be a "hands-on" Manager.

I loved my 2 bedroom garden it truly felt like home for me and my kids..... I never had problems till about September.... the people who moved in above me was so noisy and keeping us up at night... I talked to them many times and finally started calling security... i talked to the office and they just told me I could move, well when the notice came out about noise the people came down and attacked me.... yet they are still there and I am the one who had to move... I would go some place els if I were you... they care about money rather then the safety of the people who rent from them.... and I put

The type of company that cares about money more than their tenants or the quality of their complex. Be prepared for a 1-3 month wait on on requested fixes marked as "high priority" if they get to fixing the problem at all.
They charged me $725 because I gave only 45 days notice of move out instead of 60 days. They charged me extra for damages cause by pets caused even after $400 non-refundable deposit and and $50 a month pet rent.
Any high ratings you see from this company is because they do drawings for a free month's rent if you rate them, not because they earned it. Glad to

. This apartment complex is HORRIBLE!!!!!! MANAGEMENT RATHER FORCE TENANTS TO MOVE OUT RATHER THAN FIX THE PROBLEM OR ADDRESS THE ISSUES BEING BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION. THE SECURITY COMPANY IS A JOKE IF YOU HAVE ANY REAL CONCERN REGARDING YIUR SAFETY OR COMPLAINTS
THEY JUST CARE ABOUT FILLING THE APARTMENTS THAN FOR THEIR TENANTS SAFETY. PUSH IT UNDER THE RUG SHOULD BE THEIR MOTTO. GRANTED IT LOOKS NICE FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT LOOKS ARE DECEIVING, YOU BE BETTER LIVING IN A HOMELESS SHELTER THAN THIS PLACE.

I have to say I LOVE IT HERE!! It’s all starts with the staff, from the office Staff to Maitenance! They are all on one accord! I have lived here in 3 different apartments! (By choice) each time I was given the opportunity to move it was no issues! I never had to wait I never was treated as if I was bothering them ( the last place I lived before moving back here was hell) The office staff treats you like they honestly do really care and they do! They have never shown me any frustration they have alway welcomed me ( I know sounds mushy huh?) well when you go somewhere else and get basically crapped

0/10 would not recommend to ANYONE. Was inconvenienced by this place even before moving in so that should’ve been a big enough red flag but I still moved in. Only been here 2 weeks and have given them way too much for this half decent apartment. My bathroom knobs are even on opposite??? I’m just ready for my lease to be up🤦🏽♀️

My wife and I have been at the Ridge at Chestnut since fall of 2017 and have really enjoyed our experience here! Our apartment in the gardens feels really homey and is very spacious. We can't speak to the towers apartments, though. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick to fix things that we report. The office staff (management since November 2018) has been great to have in our corner. Both of the previous two management companies weren't very good and did not seem to care much. The current management isn't that way at all! They are good at upkeep of the complex, have regular

This place started rough around the edges but got worse. The roof of one the buildings started leaking in the winter and has continued to leak for months now. (It's now late May)
The kicker? New management had the gall to RAISE RENT while this was going on.
Update: Had another issue with the management recently where my roommate called to contest something an office worker had told us and they HUNG UP ON US. Just wild.
