Here at Phenomenal Rehabilitation, we value our patients. We acknowledge that going to a new place for the first time can be nerve racking. We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of printing and completing your forms at home. We think of our patients as part of our extended family, and we are excited to meet you!
Although payment is expected at the time of service, here at Phenomenal Rehabilitation, we are proud to take many different payment methods. In order to ensure that you receive the best care available, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We accept cash, checks, and debit cards. We also accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, and American Express.
We want to see all our patients attain and maintain a level of wellness care. This is when your body is fully healed and only needing maintenance adjustments. It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly. This requires a quick visit 1-4 times per month based on your lifestyle and goals.

Bethany is the best physical therapist, i had a lot of problems going on with me after being on a medication for so long. She helped me with overcoming them, i am very thankful for her, she is super nice and i felt like i made a friend. Bethany is the best i would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Bethany! You just have to have experienced as much pain as I did before and then experience a totally new and pleasurably tolerable pain after being treated by Craig that you realize that 5 five stars don’t truly reflect the expertise their practice has to offer! Thank you is way too inferior to the relief I now enjoy, but thank you anyway!

I have been to many different Physical Therapists in the past, but have found a place to stay. Dr. Ashley Wessel, in my opinion, is 2nd to None. I have been going to see her for the last few months, due to a work injury. She is very professional, makes you feel comfortable and "gets the job done". I will not go anywhere else, when needing some physical therapy, in the future. Very Satisfied with her treatment.

My first need for Phenomenal Rehabilitation was over a year ago when I had my right knee replaced. Dr. Ashley Wessel most certainly lived up to your name. My rehabilitation was indeed phenomenal!! She is presently working to restore my right rotator cuff injury, and again, making phenomenal progress!! The rest of the staff that I have met are also wonderful!

I have had the need for a physical therapist on a somewhat regular basis over the past several years. This being due to many surgeries extending from having developed rheumatoid arthritis at a younger age. After trying many others, I immediately noticed there was a difference with the results of going to Ashley Wessel, DPT. Ashley listens to her patients, shows genuine concern, and her technique and process bring great results. She gave me hope in healing again through the results I experienced! I would highly recommend her, and I have no doubts as to who I’ll continue to go to for myself!
