Gusto Integrative Therapies
We are a mind/body therapy team. At Gusto, we work together to treat the whole person by getting to know our clients, and by looking for the root cause of issues and symptoms our clients are experiencing. At Gusto Integrative Therapies, we offer physical therapy services, individual and family counseling, and individualized functional medicine programs.

Dr. Josh Cadwallader, PT, DPT, CMTPT and Gina Cadwallader, MA, LMFT are the owners and founders of Gusto Integrative Therapies. We are helpers who value family, community, kindness, and empowerment in our practice. Our blog includes useful information that our readers can apply to their daily lives.
Services
I have spent the last 10 years refining my treatment process and techniques to truly help my patients reach long term lasting benefits. Although stretching, exercise, and manual techniques make up a vast majority of helping people with acute pain and movement loss, there are many other factors that may need to be addressed to help with chronic pain and ailments.
My path to physical therapy is unique in that I was planning to become an orthopedic surgeon, but after some time working in the physical therapy field, I realized that the standard of care wasn't solving the core issues at play for most patients. For example, I have seen patients after spine surgery that were not improved at all.
Gusto Integrative Therapies is in network with many major insurance companies including, Preferred One, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Health Partners, and Medica. Some services are not covered by insurance. Please call 763-260-5313 for more information on options for billing insurance. He provides hands-on manual therapies including dry needling, cupping, and massage, as appropriate.
Josh and I chose this community intentionally. We both grew up in Maple Grove (yep, high school sweethearts-Osseo, 2002), and after college and graduate school we moved away to Ladysmith, WI. We planned to be there for three to four years. We ended up staying for nine. While in Ladysmith, we experienced community in the truest sense of the word.

Dr. Josh is simply amazing. Not only did he help elevate pain I'd been unable to shake for over a year, he educated me in ways to avoid doing it again. From sports injuries, rehab, to Functional Medicine. I highly and personally recommend him.

Great experience all around. Josh is a jack of all trades and gives complete care on all aspects. Therapy includes a mix of different techniques (manipulations, dry needle trigger points, stretching, etc.) to alleviate pain and build strength. Highly recommend!

I dealt with headaches that prevented me from being able to work. Josh worked with me using dry needling to get my headaches resolved and me back to work.

I met Dr. Josh through a business group we both participate in. I've felt with chronic pain issues for over 10 years after a negligent gallbladder removal surgery in 2008. For the first time I feel like I've met a Dr who cares about the cause and not simply putting me on another medication to mask the symptoms. I've only had two appointments, but I can already feel a tremendous difference in my daily abdominal pain. I am so excited to see where this goes!

Josh's explanation of my issue was very easy to understand and after the first week most of the pain was gone and I went on to strengthen and stabilizing my knee
