I have nothing but nice things about this place :) I recently relocated from Southern California my husband and I both landed good jobs in the area yet we struggled tremendously finding a place in San Luis Obispo County. The availability and the quality of places in the county is hard to find around here! Thankfully we stumbled upon Villa Del Rio and met Helen, she was pleasant from the moment we first met her and helped us move in to our place in the time frame we needed. So happy with my place and thankful for Helen's efforts.

Loved to leave here, gated and quiet atmosphere... Unfortunately, the manger Of the apartment is one of rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever met!! She could careless about her tenants... Also the most expensive apartment complex in the north county, well worth it for the area and community, but to much to be treated like crap... Wish the owners of this company knew how she treated and spoke to her tenants....

These "luxury" apartments are NOT worth your money. The management is disrespectful to tenants and is not concerned when a problem is reported. During my stay, my fridge went out and when I called the manager she told me it was not an emergency and that someone would be out to fix it the following week. I lost hundreds of dollars in groceries because of their carelessness. The property manager is a crook. Even if you clean the apartment from top to bottom she will find something to charge you for just to take your deposit. This place is a joke and a scam. Beware renters of the monster
