This park is a destination for residents and visitors alike. The park has a playground, walking path, paddles/kayak boats, workout stations, restroom facilities, large and small BBQ areas, horseshoe pits, a sand volleyball court, and the Charles Paddock Zoo. A classic beach town located on California's famous Central Coast.

I have never had a better experience renting a home as this one! I had been on the wait list for a 2 bedroom and heard back that one was available. I took a tour and met Heather, the property manager, and she stood out to me right away as the kind of person I want in charge of the area I am living in. I was sooo excited to get the lease and could not say enough kind words about Heather and the process! Thank you so much!

For the past at least two month there has been an issue with a neighbor locking his cats outside. This now has become a problem; the cats come running into the house the second the door is open and jumps into cars. They lay all-over the general vicinity of their home outside. The owner throws dry food outside to feed them but they are coming to mine and the middle neighbors for attention. I've contacted the manager on several occasions and they said they were going to take care of it. Here it is going on two months and their still here.

Ever since we got a new property manager the office is always closed, parking has been a huge problem and now people park wherever they feel like. The trash areas are filthy and could use some TLC, no one wants to open the gates, so they just throw the bags over the fence, some miss and it gets everywhere. There is trash in the complex and I usually find it in the garden beds and behind plants. Other than that the living quality is great, it’s a quiet place and I’ve enjoyed living for the better part of the last two years. I just wish management would take things a little more serious. It’s

John is an effecient and punctual maintenance man at ReNew Atascadero. Every time I've had an issue with in the apartment, he has responded and taken care of the issue as soon as possible. For example, I lost my keys and the leasing office was closed, yet he was able to help me get back into apartment.

We’ve really appreciated the transition in management here to Renew.
Starting with the outside maintenance, we’ve loved having the updated paint and roof work done.
Mario has been on top of things and always gets to our work orders quickly. Heather has been patient, understanding and even stayed after hours when we had a water heater issue. We have no problem recommending this community to our friends and will continue to do so.
