Horrible management with extremely rude staffs! They never ever help you whenever you have an issue and will make you feel like you are wasting your time talking to a wall because they don't even look at you while you are talking. This staff named Brianna or something never fails to ruin your day. I was so afraid to ask even the simple questions throughout my stay here because of her! And she is always the one sitting there in the leasing office. All I asked for was to be a little nicer when people ask questions instead of just shouting "email my manager" repeatedly and rolling your eyes at us

Came back here again after living in a house and happy I made that decision. The club house and pool are really nice. Also, the front desk and maintenance crew have continuously proven to be responsive and helpful. Proximity to Cali Fresh, the bus stop, and Foothill has made living here a solid overall experience.

Its kind of sad to me that with your apartments mostly occupied with college students you dont have the courtesy to give them some kind of refund or option. These college students are experiencing an emotional, financial hardship due to this. The kids that have jobs on campus will not have an income to pay for their rent. There are also other businesses in town that have cut their hours as well. This will be an affect all the way back home if the parents that are paying for their rent have their hours reduced. If you look around there are numerous people helping these college students out. I think

We had problems with mice about 3 times throughout the year- one actually died in our apartment and made our whole kitchen smell horrible. All the management did was send in people every week or so to put out traps, but didn’t do anything about the bigger problem because many other apartments around us had the same issue. The deposit is $500 but you won’t get back all of that- they don’t tell you but they take about $150 of it for “cleaning”. Rent is too high for the small space you get at valencia. Walls are paper thin to the point where you can hear everything your neighbor is saying

I decided to live here after I lived at The SLO formally known as Stenner Glenn and its a world difference. Way quieter, you don’t get paired with apt mates that are always trying to party but have similar goals to you. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 is that I feel like they could do more social events with their club house and the walls are a little thin and floors a little creaky. I love living here, close to everything and you honestly don’t need to drive anywhere, I ride my everywhere since it’s so close to everything.

This place is a great place to live if you enjoy listening to the conversations of your neighbors through the walls. I’m convinced the people in charge of this place don’t really know what they’re doing. I pay $600 for my own parking spot and they pulled the cover off of my classic car to put a big sticker on the hood (that was hard to get the residue off) warning they will tow it for being in a reserved space, my reserved space. They have also lost 2 of my roommates packages only to find them many days later. It’s very overpriced and the best thing going for it is it’s proximity to Cali

Fun fact: you can deprive your tenants of both dishwashers and quarter-decent bedframes and STILL put a "#1 Student Housing" sign behind the front desk. Also, I think the painting company always loitering out back is a front; no other explanation for where else the (~400 tenants x ~$925 x 12 months) $4.5 Million they rake in every year goes.
