So I've lived here for almost three years.
The place is clean, the management is responsive, and the units are all generally required to be free of outside clutter which helps keep it looking good.
I live on the ground floor and will say the ceiling/upstairs neighbor noise is really bad. I've been in old hotels that have better sound dampening. They'll give you a long list of all of the things they've done in construction to keep it quiet, but the bottom line is that it's noisy. It's up to the folks on the second floors to be respectful and not make too much noise
