Dr. Johnson has helped me tremendously throughout my herniated disc recovery. My lower back started hurting in the beginning of March 2021 and the pain increased as time went on. I luckily found dr. Johnson at Strive total wellness and received treatment 1-2x a week and I had always walked out feeling better and improved. It was a very hard time being in such physical pain, but dr. Johnson was very attentive and helpful throughout the long months. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you’re in need of treatment!

One of the best around when it comes to cupping/acupuncture. As a former collegiate athlete, I was struggling to adapt to life behind a desk and constantly had pain and discomfort in my back. Regular visits to Johnson(Xing Zhang) have made a huge difference in my levels of comfort and pain tolerance. I always walk out feeling cured.

I love my visits with Dr. Zhang. I always feel an improvement each time I visit. He sets a really good program for me to follow. He advocates for health in a very naturopathic way. He does not stop at healing my ailments with great acupuncture but goes out of his way to educate me on how I can reach my body’s potential. I really appreciate what he does.

Johnson has helped me tremendously with my digestive issues! I was kind of new to acupuncture but figured I’d give it a try, he made me feel calm and comfortable (since I’m not a big fan of needles) and now I’m hooked ! Johnson is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, he not only treated me with acupuncture but also helped me change my diet and gave me herbs to help with my condition. He has given me great advice on improving my overall health and I really feel the difference since I’ve started working with him !

I received a recommendation to visit Johnson (Dr. Zhang) to see if he could help me with some pain issues I was feeling in my shoulder. I tried a few sessions with him and I started to feel better. During our conversations I mentioned to him my lab results revealed I had alot of inflammation in my body. In addition, I had hypertension despite being on medication and very physically active. Johnson recommended I take some of his herbal supplements along with his suggested diet. It worked wonders. After returning for a follow up with my doctor, the lab results revealed no more issues inflammation

Johnson is a miracle worker. I too was brand new to acupuncture (and just tried cupping today, which was great) and had some reservations at first. Johnson makes the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. He is an excellent listener and takes into account all issues you are facing. Dr. Zhang was one of the best acupuncturists I’ve ever been to. When I badly strained my shoulder in the gym I saw him for one session of acupuncture and cupping and felt significant immediate relief. I was even back to working out the same night. Dr. Zhang is an expert in anatomy and physiology and his technique is top notch. He also offers natural herbal supplements to help with a variety of different symptoms and ailments. I highly recommend Dr. Zhang!

I've been seeing Johnson (Xing) for about a year now for a variety of issues. He's been of tremendous help with stress even if it's just during the session. I have noticed that my stress hasn't been as bad before, so it definitely takes more sessions than one.
Johnson has also been able to alleviate the muscle tightness and tensions in my back and calves. I would highly recommend anyone who has thought of trying acupuncture or cupping to give it a try. It might seem scary or painful but it isn't as bad as it looks.

Truly life saving. Where would I be without Xing Zhang?? Completely lost. I've been recovering from heavy antibiotics plus constant dizziness. Not to mention anxiety. Within the 6 weeks I've been working with him the decrease in my symptoms has been unbelievable. Along with his vast knowledge of the body, medicinal herbs, kind demeanor and great sense of humor he's bringing me back to life. If you need help and don't know where to start he's your guy.

Dr. Zhang is amazing. I have been having some chronic neck pain that other doctors were not able to help. It has been bothering me a few years. He did some electro acupuncture and in one session I was 80% better. I have seen other acu and he is the real deal. He also gave me herbs to help with my skin issues as well. Highly recommended and friendly doctor!
