I moved into an apartment yesterday and may I just say it is beautiful. Its clean, little to no damage from past residents, new carpet and more! It will make a great home for our first home and my daughter loves it here!
The staff,Brenda, Randy, and Lisa, have been so helpful and really made my family and I welcome! They have answered all of my questions, throughly explained lots of things and they have been extremely patient and super sweet to my family and I!

Random flooding? Black mold? Management, maintenance, and corporate in you apartment multiple times for a month. Won’t let you break the lease. Only to take $100 off months rent for inconvenience. I’ve had to rent several places and this is by far the worse place ever. To top off spending nearly $1000 a month on rent with no central AC and not allowed to put in a window unit. It’s a joke.

I love living here! Everything about this place is awesome! The property is well kept and clean. The buildings very nice and taken care of. The apartments in and of themselves are extremely spacious!!! Talk about closet space! There are four closets in our apartment. All the rooms are of good size, especially the master. The community is quiet and calm. Jackie, the property manager, is the best! She is super helpful in everything! She is available and approachable! She was a huge help in our move in process. Every maintenance request (which have been very few) are always taken care of promptly

We recently moved to Griffin Estates on a short term lease. Not many apartments in this area offer that option, so we were pleased to get that. We are very happy with our choice. Jackie, the manager, has been OUTSTANDING! She has been informative and helpful every step of the way. The apartments are clean and quiet. Lisa and Tom, who help with maintenance, have been helpful and work extremely hard. We have had a good experience at Griffin Estates.

I moved into griffin Estates apartments about two weeks ago and have been more than satisfied! The community and quiet and safe. Friendly neighbors and can’t begin to express my satisfaction with management. Jackie really made me feel welcomed and was very helpful and prompt with all of my questions prior to moving in. It’s so nice to feel so at home here! My three year old son absolutely loves it here and the cleanliness of the property is outstanding. The location is awesome as it’s only right off the highway and only a short drive to any part of town. Even the newsletters impressed me
