In most situations we will make any needed repairs or updates, paint, clean, and clean or replace the carpet if needed. Lived here for 3 wonderful years here. Absolutely loved this place. The apartments and facilities are some of the best in the area. Management was good and responsive. I can't give a full 5 star only because of the extremely high lease breaking charge. It was not so earlier, but changed very drastically at the beginning of the pandemic. Nevertheless, highly recommended to folks looking for a spacious place.

I’ve been here for three years and always loved it because it was affordable, relatively quiet, has nice grounds, and maintenance is fast and wonderful. However, the monthly rent increases exponentially every year when the inside of the apartments have not been updated at all and everything looks like it’s from the early 2000s. They tried to charge me $80 more a month for a 1bd 1bath this time around and I wasn’t having it because they were asking for the same price I paid for a 2bd 2bath just three years ago. Ridiculous. If you want to gouge your residents who pay rent on time every month

In summary, leasing agents were extremely rude to me on the phone, and the process to lease is very sketchy as they don't accept a deposit to secure your apartment until 2 weeks before you move. I believe this is to maintain their flexibility, and to have the option to upcharge you at the last moment when you are desperate for housing. I chose to live elsewhere because of this terrible service and sketch business model.
