Amy Tomlinson is the best personal trainer, coach, I have ever worked with. She is passionate about her work and she truly cares about the people she works with.
I've had gym memberships before, worked with other trainers.
Burg Crossfit is by far the best experience I have had.
I have found a new home; at least in terms of a gym.

I have been a member at Burg CrossFit Sunbury for the past 1.5 years. I have taken my fitness to a whole new level since training here under Amy (GM/Head Coach) and Kris (Coach). They have inspired me to up my game and constantly challenge myself. I also love the other members that go here and help push me each and every class. I have made many new friends at this gym and love the community as a whole. If you are in the Sunbury area or looking for a new gym I highly recommend checking us out. A Saturday morning 8/9:30am class is a great introduction to the gym.

I am in the area for business this week and just did a drop in class, for Amy's 3:30 class. She is a great coach and the rest of the group was very welcoming. I can also tell the programming is pretty good based on what other members of the gym have told me. Definitely worth giving this place a shot if you're new to crossfit or you're in the area for just a few days.

Great experience dropping into this gym!
Not only was the staff very friendly, but all of the members were great as well. Never once had a feeling like I was an outsider and never questioned whether I was welcomed or not.
The programming was tough but in a very fun way that helped me realize I was capable of more than I thought.
Coacjes were very thorough and knowledgable and were willing to help out with any sort of scaling options that were needed. They preach form and stability and safety over high weight and dangerous technique which is very refreshing!
