This place is really nice and well maintained. Interior is also really nice and plenty of space and you have options of getting a garage and/or storage unit if one is available. My only major complaint is the process of trying to get one. If one is not available you get put on a waitlist which is fine and understandable. And when your name finally comes up you will get a call and can set up an appointment to view and/or get applied. Well apparently if someone randomly walks in before your appointment comes up and decides they want it and puts the required deposit down they get it without even having

The customer service from the manager and maintenance here are top notch. They treat customers like they are family, and that is why no one ever moves from here, and there is a huge waitlist! The homes have large square footage, and some units have attached garages that enter directly into the home! The community is kept very nicely since new management has taken over. Love it here!
