So I absolutely love living here! The staff is great! Everyone is very helpful and accommodating. I’ve been here since March 2021 and the only complaint I have is the trash service and I wish they didn’t have phase 1 & 2. Originally I moved into a Phase 2 - 1 br apartment and it was amazing, huge kitchen, lots of cabinets and nice closet space. Well around 8 months into my lease I wanted to get a larger 2 br. The only thing is the 2 br was phase 1. So it was a bit difficult to switch gears after being in a Phase 1. Kitchen is smaller, cabinets are shorter and awkwardly sized, and no light fixtures

Here is the deal. This place is great... or was at first when I began living here, however, the issues that arise cannot be taken lightly.
YOU PAY $15 a month for a trash service that comes 5 days a week skipping Friday AND Saturday. Now this normally would not be a major deal, however, recently, they changed their trash service and so now they only allow for two trash bags to be out... until January where only one can be out. We only have one dumpster at the BLVD and a vast majority of the handicap parking is on the other end of the complex.
They are going to fine individuals for having 2 trash

I've lived at the Blvd for a year and a half. From the apartments I've seen, the Blvd is by far the best bang for your buck in the Whitestown area. I love my apartment especially the open floorplan and tons of cabinet space in the kitchen. I have minor complaints such as my screen door to the balcony being horrible quality that will not stay on the track regardless of maintenance coming to fix it. I also don't like that the flooring in the kitchen isn't properly adhered to the ground so the pieces come loose and the granite counters have tiny craters in them. So if you're a perfectionist who would

They were very responsive to a leak we had from the apartment above us.
Mikey was sent to investigate, and he is a a stellar maintenance associate. He is friendly and knowledgeable, and had our issued resolved quickly.

When I walked into the unit, I fell in love with the property all over again! I’m so glad I chose the Blvd as my new home! This is by far my favorite place I’ve lived! I’m so excited!

These are not luxury apartments. They are cheaply made and managed by a dishonest company.
Here is the truth about this place:
Pros:
The floorplans and location are great!
Cons:
Mold forms in corners and windows because of construction shortcuts. Outdoor air can be felt coming in around doors, windows, and through the walls. Seems like they skipped insulating the majority of exterior walls?
The leasing agents will describe how concrete floors between levels makes things quiet, it's a lie, you can hear foot steps above you and every time a door opens or closes from the hallways. Our door was

The Blvd at Anson is absolutely beautiful! I lived in and Aubrey for a couple of months and it did not feel like just an average apartment! It felt like a home. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful and amazing! I also love how the Boulevard is pet friendly considering I have two golden retrievers, and they were so nice when it came to moving into a bigger apartment! We found a two bedroom with an absolutely amazing Lakeview within a day! The management is wonderful here! Especially Janice and Tonya! They are so great when it comes to getting back with you and letting you know that as a resident

Nice place. For the price I think that it is reasonable. The valet trash service is nice. There are phase 1 and phase 2 units. I’m in phase 2. They have granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, nice light fixtures. Overall I like it.
